OUR HELP IS THE CENTRALIZED DONATION PLATFORM OF CEBUANA LHUILLIER FOUNDATION,
INC.

Cebuana Lhuillier Foundation Inc. (CLFI) is the Corporate Social Responsibility
arm of the PJ Lhuillier Group of Companies. Cebuana Lhuillier’s President and
CEO Jean Henri Lhuillier directed the establishment of a foundation that will
serve as a vehicle for sharing the company's blessings to the Filipino
community. CLFI undertakes poverty alleviation programs, promoting education,
disaster resilience, and financial literacy geared to improve the lives of the
underserved and disadvantaged communities in the Philippines.

OurHelp.org is operated by Cebuana Lhuillier Foundation Inc. (or “CLFI”). With
your visit and use of the website and portals, it may be necessary for you to
provide your personal data. We would like to inform you that we protect any
personal information that you share with us.

use, and storing of your personal information in accordance with this Policy.
Accordingly, you certify that your consent remains effective until revoked in

initiated on account of, or in relation to any concerns that may arise out of

and/or take certain actions on the site, we may require you to provide us with
pertinent information that identifies you as an individual (“Personal

details, and financial information, among others. Unless indicated in the
donation form, in this Policy, and the terms and conditions of the website,
giving personal data is optional; however, this may restrict certain services
that you can access or make on the site.

visit of the site. This information may include IP address, operating system,
domain server, and data about usage patterns made on the site, among others.
This information does not personally identify you but helps us to provide a

 * To improve the services of the site and enhance user experience and
   satisfaction.
 * To comply with the requirements of government regulatory agencies such as the
   Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR), National Privacy Commission (NPC) and
   Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), among others.
 * To comply with and respond to legal processes or lawful orders of any
   judicial or quasi-judicial bodies.
 * To deal with activities that violate the Policy or the Terms and Conditions
   of the website.

 

How do we secure and retain your information?

Cebuana Lhuillier Foundation Inc. is not in the business of selling information
about our client database. We do not sell, trade, or share to outside parties
your personal identifiable information as we strictly comply with the
enforcement of laws and regulations. However, this does not include the
third-party payment gateways which services and processes the transmission of
your donations. We have no view of the credit card, bank account details, and
other information you share with the website of  third-party payment channels.
Rest assured that the personal details you provided to OurHelp.org are secure. 

 

We may retain your Personal Data until your subscription to the promotion
channel (SMS, e-mail, and/or snail mail) is revoked. Once revoked, your
information will be for automatic deletion in our database. 

 

Conditions of Use

By visiting and using OurHelp.org, you agree to all our Terms and Conditions and
our Privacy Policy. Any possible dispute over privacy is subject to these,
including the limitations, damages, arbitration of disputes, and application of
pertinent Philippine laws. Users are required to use our website responsibly.

 

Changes to the Policy

Cebuana Lhuillier Foundation Inc. reserves the right to apply changes to the
policy and the terms and conditions as we see fit without prior announcement or
approval. Please regularly check for updates on our Privacy Policy.

 

Fees and Charges

Your donation will be subjected to a fee of approximately 12%. Donation amount
net of fees will entirely be donated to your chosen beneficiaries. CLFI does not
receive any amount from the convenience and transaction fees being collected by
our service providers.

 

Request for Proof of Donation

A Certificate of Donation will be issued upon request. Request should be made
fifteen (15) days from date of donation. Should you need a proof of donation,
please send the following documents and information to prepare the Certificate
of Donation:

 1. Name of Institution/Donor
 2. TIN
 3. Complete Address
 4. Date of Donation
 5. BIR 2303
 6. Any valid government ID of requestor
