Install was good. The rep who came in to do the install is very rude and was not
making any sense. I paid for two tv to be installed and after finding out that
he can only do 1 tv for reason that it would cost more to install a frame tv
then decided to only have 1 installed. I ask him what is the balance due to the
other tv will not be installed. He said I am lucky that I'm only getting charge
the amount I paid?? The other gentleman was able to to handle the matter more
professional and was able to take care the situation.

The install looks good. Only issue I had with one of the installer is to get him
to listen to what I am saying. I paid for two tv's to be installed and according
to to him frame tv will cost more so end up having one tv installed in the
process. I ask for the amount of having one tv installed and he said I should be
thankful his not charging me extra for installing the first one due to its
plaster wall. Poor communication and very disrespectful to a paying customer.
