HOW DO I GET A TRIANGLE REWARDS® CARD? 

Cards are available in all participating stores, including Canadian Tire, Sport
Chek, Mark’s, L’Équipeur, Party City, Pro Hockey Life, Gas+, Essence+,
Atmosphere, Sports Rousseau, Hockey Experts, L’Entrepôt du Hockey, and
participating Sports Experts locations.  Customers can also download the
Triangle App on their smart device to register their card or create an
account.  


HOW DOES THE TRIANGLE REWARDS® PROGRAM WORK? 

You can collect Canadian Tire Money® by showing your Triangle App, Triangle
Rewards card, or key fob upon checkout, or by simply paying with a Triangle
credit card at Canadian Tire, Sport Chek, Mark's, L'Équipeur, Party City, Pro
Hockey Life, Gas+/Essence+, Atmosphere, Sports Rousseau, Hockey Experts,
L’Entrepôt du Hockey and participating Sports Experts locations across Canada.
This also includes all online purchases at CanadianTire.ca, SportChek.ca,

WHAT IS THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN TRIANGLE REWARDS AND PETRO-POINTS? 

Triangle Rewards and Petro-Points have partnered to deliver even greater value
to Canadians. Triangle Rewards members will now be able to collect CT Money on
qualifying purchases at Petro-Canada locations and Petro-Points members will be
able to earn and redeem Petro-Points on qualifying purchases*
at participating Gas+/Essence+ locations16. If you link your Triangle Rewards

2 1.5% and 3% earn rate applies to the first $12,000 in annual spend at grocery
stores with Mastercard merchant code 5411. Excludes purchases at Walmart,
Walmart Superstore and Costco. After that, your earn rate will be 1%. For
examples of qualifying grocery merchants, visit Merchant List | Triangle .
Annual spend is based on a calendar year of January 1 - December 31.

Waiver Insurance are insurance coverages underwritten by American Bankers
Insurance Company of Florida (ABIC) under Group Policy CTB0418, issued by ABIC
to Canadian Tire Bank. Details of the coverage, including definitions, benefits,
limitations and exclusions, are outlined in the Certificate of Insurance
included in the Triangle World Elite Mastercard welcome kit. ABIC, ASCI, its
subsidiaries, and affiliates carry on business in Canada under the name of
Assurant®.

Petro-Points to link your accounts. Each time you use your linked Triangle

locations, you will earn a bonus of twenty percent (20%) more Petro-Points than
you would normally earn (excluding any other partner bonuses), in accordance
with the Petro-Points terms and conditions available at petro-points.ca/terms.

Additional information for residents of Quebec only: The regular annual rate for
persons applying for the Triangle Mastercard and the Triangle World Elite
Mastercard is 21.99% for cash transactions and related fees and 21.99% for all
other charges. Some applicants may receive a higher or lower regular annual rate
depending on a credit evaluation. The minimum payment is the sum of (a) the
greater of: (i) interest and fees shown on your statement + $10; or (ii) 5% of
the New Balance, excluding amounts on special payment plans, (b) any balance
over your credit limit, (c) any amounts past due not included in (b) above, and
(d) the amount of any equal payments plan instalments then due. Balances under
$10 are due in full. For accounts opened prior to June 13, 2019 the rate of 5%
will start at 2% and increase by 0.5% each August 1st until it reaches 5%. For
residents of Quebec, the period between the statement date and the due date for
payment is 26 days. The billing period covered by each statement can be from
28-33 days. The Triangle Mastercard and the Triangle World Elite Mastercard do
not have an annual fee. Examples of borrowing costs (rounded to the nearest
cent) assuming that all charges are purchases bearing interest at the regular
annual rate of 21.99%, a 30 day month, no charges made on special payment plans

Annual Interest Rate(s): All charges to your account (excluding cash
transactions and related fees) — 21.99%

Cash transactions (for example: cash advances, balance transfers, convenience
cheques, money transfers, purchase of travellers cheques and gambling
transactions) and related fees — 21.99% (if you reside in Quebec) or 22.99% (if
you reside outside Quebec).

For the Triangle Mastercard only: If you are not approved for a card at the
above rates, Canadian Tire Bank may still issue you a card at the following
annual interest rates: (i) if you are a resident of Quebec, 21.99% for all
charges; or (ii) if you reside outside of Quebec, 25.99% for all charges
(excluding cash transactions and related fees) and 27.99% for cash transactions
and related fees.

Foreign Exchange Conversion: All transactions made in a foreign currency will be
converted to Canadian currency at the then current Mastercard conversion rate
plus 2.5% (for charges to your account) or minus 2.5% (for credits to your
account) when the transaction is posted to your account.

Cash Advance Fee: $4 - Charged when the transaction is posted to your account.

NSF/Dishounoured Payment Fee: $25 - Charged if a payment you make is
dishonoured.

Charges for Copies: $2 — Charged when you request a copy of a statement.

Credit Balance Administration Fee: The lesser of $2 or the amount of your credit
balance - Charged on the last day of a billing period when there is a credit
balance on the account and the account has been inactive (other than any credit
balance fees) for the previous 2 billing periods.

Please read the Triangle Select Terms and Conditions to see all the terms and

Renewal/Cancellation/Changes: The subscription runs for 1 year from the time we
confirm registration. You can cancel anytime, but cancellation will only be
effective at the end of the subscription term. No refunds provided. Quebec
residents see below. We can make changes to the program or cancel Triangle
Select at any time on 30 days notice. We can cancel your subscription
immediately if certain events occur.

Your subscription will renew automatically unless: (i) you reside in Quebec;
(ii) you reside in Alberta and you have not selected automatic renewal on
enrollment; (iii) you have logged into your account on the Triangle Rewards web
site and have switched-off automatic renewal before your current Subscription
Term expires; or (iv) we are unable to process the payment for the Subscription
Fee for the renewal Subscription Term.

-        Bonus CT Money can be cancelled in some circumstances.
