This State Data Privacy Notice (“Notice”) is provided on behalf of Insurance
Services Office, Inc. (hereinafter “we” “our” or “us”) and applies to consumers
(hereinafter, “you” or “your”) of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, and
Virginia. Colorado consumers are also entitled to the rights provided by C.R.S.
§ 6-1-1306. This notice applies to website visitors.

Personal information we collect

We collect information that identifies, relates to, describes, references, is
capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or
indirectly, with a consumer. For purposes of this Notice, consumers include
those who interact online or offline with us.

We have collected personal information in the following categories from
consumers in the last 12 months:

   information, processing payments, providing advertising or marketing
   services, providing analytic services, or providing similar services on
   behalf of clients or service providers
 * To undertake internal research for technological research, development,
   analysis, or demonstration

“Selling” mean the selling, renting, releasing, disclosing, disseminating,
making available, transferring, or otherwise communicating orally, in writing,
or by electronic or other means, a consumer’s personal information to a third
party for monetary or other valuable consideration.

“Sharing” means sharing, renting, releasing, disclosing, disseminating, making
available, transferring, or otherwise communicating orally, in writing, or by
electronic or other means, a consumer’s personal information to a third party
for cross-context behavioral advertising.

In order for us to process your request, we may ask that you provide information
that reflects your name and current or prior address(es), such as a billing
statement, utility bill, or driver’s license.  Any information collected will

information such as account numbers, balances, and license number from any such
documents prior to submitting to us.

In the event we decline to take action on a request to exercise one or more of
your rights under applicable law, you have the right to appeal our determination
as follows:
