Have you been studying for at least four semesters and are you eager to put your
knowledge into practice? We can quench your thirst for action: set your studies
aside for a semester and acquire some initial work experience with us.


START YOUR CAREER WITH A UNDERGRADUATE INTERNSHIP

Had your fill of studying? Do you finally want to gain professional experience?
Then an undergraduate internship at PostFinance is exactly what you’re looking
for. You can expect six exciting months during which you will get an in-depth
insight into one of Switzerland’s biggest banks. You’ll need to give it your
all, but you can make a big difference in return. We’ll bring you together with
your colleagues in the field of university admissions – to ensure that the fun
factor is not neglected.

Bachelor Trainee in Innovation

“At university I attended corporate entrepreneurship lectures, and was
fascinated by the subject. I definitely wanted to see the world of innovation in
practice. That’s how I ultimately ended up in the VNTR, the PostFinance
innovation laboratory, whose team spanning all sorts of disciplines welcomed me
with open arms. My role does come with responsibility, but I also have a lot of
freedom and I am able to develop. I am thrilled about the trust I am shown, and
have learnt one thing: theory and practice do have things in common – I just
find the latter even more fun.”

Bachelor Trainee in Market Research

“I would never have thought that after my degree in Political Sciences and
Sociology, I’d end up working in a bank. Yet at PostFinance, I was given a warm
welcome, and I was able to take on and manage my own projects in the market
research team right from the start. The open, friendly company culture also
helped me feel at home as soon as I arrived. In addition to the work the
traineeship involved, there was always enough time to gain insights into other
projects or to attend training courses. This is why I think this traineeship is
a really welcome change between my Bachelor’s and going on to do a Master’s.”
