Welcome on pages for applying for short-term study stay at the VSB-TUO.

Applying for study stay at the VSB-TUO takes place exclusively through this
portal. For submitting application you must first register. Then you can apply
for the study stay. If you have forgotten your password, you can request change
of password.

Submitting an application is administrated through this online portal, another
way of applying for the study will not be accepted. As part of the application
process, your Learning Agreement will be created; after its validation by the
Faculty coordinator at VSB-Technical University of Ostrava, you have to print
this agreement, and duly signed insert into this online portal or send the
original of the Learning Agreement to the competent Faculty coordinator (only if
the original of the Learning Agreement is required by your home university).
Only one application is accepted. If you want a subject of another faculty than
you are applying for, please inform the Faculty coordinator when submitting the
application for discussion. Faculty coordinator has the option to add subjects
from another faculty.

Deadlines for submitting applications.:

 * 15.5. for the winter semester and full academic year (30 April for students
   from countries with visa requirements)
 * 30.11. for the summer semester (15 October for students from countries with
   visa requirements)



Information on the short-term degree programmes at VSB-TUO can be found on the
website: https://www.vsb.cz/en/study/exchange-students. List of subject offered
to the students of short-term degree programmes is available in the menu or at:
https://www.vsb.cz/en/study/exchange-students/exchange-courses. For questions
regarding studies at the VSB-TUO contact the competent Faculty coordinator in
menu Contacts.
