The IT Help Desk Specialist position will work hands on to trouble shoot any
technical issues in the warehouse.

Job Details

We are seeking a Contract IT Help Desk Specialist to join our dynamic team in
the Manufacturing industry. As a Contract IT Help Desk Specialist, you will be
responsible for providing technical support to our employees and ensuring that
all IT issues are resolved in a timely manner. This is a contract position with
the potential for extension.

Responsibilities:


 * Provide technical support to employees in the Manufacturing industry
 * Troubleshoot computer and network issues
 * Install and configure software and hardware
 * Respond to help desk tickets and resolve issues in a timely manner
 * Provide training to employees on IT-related topics
 * Maintain and update IT documentation and inventory
 * Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure smooth operations
 * Participate in IT projects as needed


Qualifications:


 * 2+ years of experience in IT support or a related field
 * Experience with Manufacturing industry IT support is Mandatory
 * Strong knowledge of computer troubleshooting and technical support
 * Ability to work independently and as part of a team
 * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
 * Strong problem-solving skills
 * Experience with help desk support and ticketing systems
 * Knowledge of ITIL best practices is a plus
 * Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field is preferred
