Featuring 1,293 bespoke pieces of content, The Chat was the UK’s first
WhatsApp-based drama series, unfolding in real-time through voice notes, videos,
images and texts sent between a fictional group of friends supporting each other
through a breast cancer diagnosis.
The campaign had a remarkable response, with over 20 minutes of air time on the
BBC, features on Good Morning Britain, ITV News and coverage in national papers.
The campaign was seen 35.7 million times and created the highest brand awareness
peak in 2 years. It has been recognised with awards form Cannes Lions, Kinsale
Sharks, the LIA's and it was also the most shortlisted campaign at Campaign Big
Awards.

In this online event, we bring together the client and agency team to tell the
story of how The Chat came about, why it was important and what marketers can
learn from it.
