We carry out a range of electrical installation work from upgrading circuit
systems and cables to fully rewiring a property to comply with current safety

with modern devices and appliances in our households today, the existing wiring
and circuits are being put under extra strain which could potentially be
dangerous.
We offer wiring services on house extensions and conversions and any new wiring
will comply with Part P (Electrical Safety) of the Building Regulations. If you

ELECTRICAL CERTIFICATES

As a homeowner you are not required by law to conduct a periodic electrical
test, although it is often required as part of the buying or selling process. It
is advised that homeowners should carry out an electrical safety test every 10
years and business premises every 5 years as electrical installations are
subject to deterioration and general wear and tear over time.
If you are a landlord the latest legislation known as the Landlord Safety Test
will require an EICR certificate every 5 years. As a landlord you are
responsible for the safety of all electrics throughout the property including
all installations and electrical appliances that you have provided.


LIGHTING

If you are looking to have lights fixed or you wish to upgrade the lights in
your home or need advice on energy efficient lighting then give us a call. We

CONSUMER UNITS


If you are having problems with or want to upgrade your consumer unit we can
help. Many properties still operate with old units and require updating with the
modern units so as to comply with the latest regulations. When we install your
new consumer unit it will have a NICEIC electrical installation certificate and
part P notification to building control. When we install new units we always
advise on best safety options and we also advise on the best type of unit for
the property.
