The room was so modernized, and everything inside the room is a button away. The staff was very helpful and cordial. It is located next to Little India. So it was a bonus when we found out the Hop-on &hop-off bus stop is in little India. I think the location is very central to many attractions. We did not have breakfast there, but the lunch at the Chinese restaurant inside the hotel was excellent. The Escape cafe/restaurant was a bit pricy. And the manager/host on 12/22 was not as friendly as you would expect. but the subsequent visits to the cafe were very good. My room was on the 18th floor and provided me with one of the best views I ever had from a hotel. The hotel lies on the edge of Little India, so you can just walk into this cozy neighbourhood from the hotel. If you don't like Indian food, there's a huge amount of Chinese places you can eat as well. There's a subway station literally below the building which is very convenient. There's also a little supermarket next to the entrance. Sometimes, the elevator wouldn't accept my card. Actually it was for 3 persons. The manager Kesley helped us to find a bigger room and it made our stay of 10 days very comfortable. Thank you for your flexibility. No refill of toiletries, had to ask the housekeeping for the toilet roll. The toilet door could not be closed properly, informed the housekeeping but no action was seen. Breakfast is really tasty, so many selections, but seems the restaurant is under renovation, they separated the breakfast area at 6F and 20F floor, staffs are really amazing. The bed and pillows are super comfy, the room has high ceiling and the automatic blinds surprised me a lot when I first time walked into the room. I am surprised that the mirroring function in the Samsung tv is not working, informed by reception, and tried to borrow the HDMI cord, sadly they ran out of it. so, I need to go to city square to buy myself a HDMI cord for my work meeting and Netflix...lol, not a big issues, but it will be great if they can fix it asap. Just wished that the floaties were still around. I guess it was because of previous pool party that floaties were there. But overall a great stay as the location is close to MRT, mall and also accessible to otger food locations and mustafa centre. The toilet door problem but it was repaired when I got back after Kelsie helped me get the facility technician. Kudos to that.
