not meet the minimum, we will only bill you for the shortfall at a cost of $3

WHAT IS SIREV?

SIREV is a web-based solution available exclusively to Canadian travel agents
to:
 * Search and compare travel products, including:
   * Vacation Packages
   * Air Products: charter flights, GDS published fares, negotiated fares, and
     direct connect from select suppliers
   * Hotels, Activities, Cars, Insurances, Cruises and Tours
 * Send personalized brochures and TripBook to your clients
 * Book those using a Web based form or the Revnet screens
 * Earn their full commission

WHO ARE THE PARTICIPATING SUPPLIERS?

SIREV relies on hundreds of suppliers who make their travel products available
for distribution. Together, we work hand in hand with our partners to provide
Canadian travel agents with instant access to the most comprehensive selection
of travel products available in Canada. We continuously add new partners. Click
here to see a selection of those.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

It is FREE to use SIREV provided you complete a minimum combined number of 35
bookings per month for the following products: vacation packages, charter
flights, consolidator airfares, Webfares, hotels and tours. Should you fall
short on the minimum 35 required, we will only bill you for the difference at a
rate of $3 per missing booking.

You can book free of charge any other travel product available from SIREV, but
these bookings will not count towards your minimum requirement.

CAN I SHARE PRODUCT INFORMATION WITH CUSTOMERS?

Yes. Simply click on a product description from the search results to get access
to an electronic summary featuring the details of the stay, the flight
itinerary, the price, the supplier product description, a locations map, SIREVs
travel guide, and Monarc.ca hotel score and reviews. You can either print this
personalized information or send it via email to your customers.

HOW DOES THE TRAVEL SUPPLIER KNOW IT IS MY AGENCY?

When you complete a reservation on SIREV, SIREV identifies you to the supplier
through a unique access code for your agency. All you need to remember is your
SIREV username and password. Upon receiving this username and password, you are
live to start transactions.

HOW CAN I RETRIEVE STATISTICS ON OUR AGENCY'S BOOKINGS?

This feature is available to the agency's administrator. In your control center,
click on "View Bookings". A complete summary of your agents' bookings will
appear. For every booking, you can consult the detailed booking information by
clicking the "View" link. The detailed booking information will be dynamically
generated directly from the supplier's system.

HOW CAN I IMPORT (MERGE-BACK) OUR AGENCY'S SIREV BOOKINGS INTO OUR ACCOUNTING
SYSTEM?

This feature is available to the agency's administrator. In your control center,
click on "View Bookings". In the column labeled " Merge-Back " appearing on the
right of the screen, click on the "Travelworks" or "GBO" link for every booking
you wish to import in your accounting system.

HOW CAN I CREATE INDIVIDUAL AGENTS ACCOUNTS AFFILIATED TO OUR AGENCY?

This feature is available to the agency's administrator. In your control center,
click on "Affiliates". From this screen, you will be able to create as many
individual agents accounts as needed by simply asloging to each a unique
username and password. Each individual profile can then be modified or deleted
from there.

HOW LONG BEFORE I CAN BE UP AND RUNNING?

We do everything possible to have you up and running within 24 to 48 hours.

TRAVEL SUPPLIERS OFTEN PROVIDE NET PRICES. HOW DO I KNOW THE DIFFERENCE?

If the results prices are in RED, this means it is a NET price. If the results
are in black, your normal agency commission applies.
