 1. Salmon w honey mustard pecan crust - Fish Only
    Here's a fine dining meal you can pull off in minutes! Trout has a mild
    flavour and delicate texture which makes is extremely likeable, not to
    mention healthy. The natural flavour is further enhanced with a flavoursome
    crust combining nuts, mustard, honey and GF breadcrumbs. Bake it in the oven
    for 6-7 minutes and it out will come a juicy fish fillet with the perfect
    sweet and crispy crust! High in protein and low carb. Serve with seasonal
    vegetables or try our side dish of Broccoli w garlic oil.
 2. Spinach chana dhal w rice
    Our talented trio of Indian chefs never fail to deliver on full flavoured,
    vegetarian meals and this all-time favourite is no exception. This popular
    lunch is a protein packed meal of simmered yellow lentils and spinach with
    Singh's secret spice mix of ginger, garlic and dried chilli served on a bed
    of steamed basmati rice. It’s low in calories yet filling so you'll be able
    to sail through until dinner.
 3. Kashmiri lamb curry + basmati rice
    
    North India's finest curry, traditionally slow cooked with spices, garlic,
    ginger and fresh coriander. The secret to a good curry is the quality of
    spices. We import ours directly from India and make our own spice blends so
    it’s as authentic as it gets! Comes with a serve of traditional basmati
    rice. One of our top ten best selling meals!

 4. Vege lasagne
    This vegetarian lasagna fits the bill for being low in calories yet full of
    healthful ingredients. We sauté a mix of eggplant, zucchini, mushroom, sweet
    potato, onion and carrot in tomatoes and herbs then sandwich this medley
    between lasagna sheets. Topped with cheese sauce and pesto and baked to
    perfection. So delicious and all for just over 300 calories per serve.
