Black Box Corporation of Pennsylvania d/b/a Black Box Network Services ("Black
Box") values you as a customer and recognizes the need to safeguard the personal
information that you provide to Black Box in order to assist us in providing

information. Black Box collects personal information when you establish a Black
Box account, as to be included in an e-mail or other mailing list, submit an
entry for a sweepstakes or other promotion, or otherwise submit your personal
information to Black Box for any reason.

of collection the purpose for the collection.

comprehensive data protection laws, to the extent those laws reach Black Box and
