BELOW IS A PHISHING EMAIL YOU WILL HAVE RECENTLY RECEIVED AND/OR INTERACTED
WITH.

CAN YOU IDENTIFY THE 4 SUSPICIOUS INDICATORS BY CLICKING ON THE CORRECT PARTS OF
THE EMAIL?

YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO CONTINUE WITH THE TRAINING UNTIL ALL 4 INDICATORS HAVE
BEEN FOUND.

1. [EXTERNAL] TAG

Pay attention to our tags. Emails from outside the bank are marked with the
[External] tag. Always be extra vigilant when opening such Emails.

2. UNSOLICITED EMAIL FROM UNKNOWN SENDER

This email was unsolicited and unexpected. When receiving such Emails, always
ask yourself if you know the recipient and whether you were expecting this
email? Always STOP, THINK, before you act!

3. UNKNOWN DOMAIN

Inspect the link in the email and see if you have seen it before. In this
example it is easy to identify that the wombank-online.com is not a valid
company. In many cases, hackers will use domains that closely resemble addresses
of internal tools or applications making it harder to detect.

4. EMAIL CONVERSATION BAIT

Scammers often use baits that could come off as familiar or urgent to trick
users into clicking. This email faked a previous email conversation to come off
as legitimate.
