Location: Crystal Lake, IL 60014

Pay Rate: $23.00/hour

Shift: 8:00am – 5:00pm

Qualifications:

 * 2+ years of customer relations or related field for healthcare industry
 * Excellent verbal and written communication skills
 * Ability to build maintain positive relationships with clients
 * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
 * Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment
 * Bilingual in Spanish preferred, no required
 * Detail-oriented and organized
 * Experience in the insurance industry for Employer Sponsored Group Benefits is
   a plus
 * Excellent problem-solving skills
 * Strong work ethic and positive attitude; good team player

WELDER

Location: Cary, IL 60013

Pay Rate: $21.00-$25.00/hour BOE

Hours: 6:00am – 2:00pm Monday-Friday

Qualificaitons: 

 * 3 or more years MIG welding carbon steel
 * 1 or more years TIG welding carbon steel. Stainless steel preferred
 * Ability to use oxy-acetylene torches
 * Ability to use plasma cutter
 * Prior experience operating forklifts
 * Have a basic understanding of fans and blowers, including types,
   arrangements, components, and construction
 * Communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors, and management to
   receive instruction and coordinate efforts
 * Knowledge of welding process and equipment
 * Working knowledge of wire and filler materials applications for various steel
   alloys, aluminum, and some exotic metals
 * Ability to weld vertical, flat, and overhead welds with good penetration and
   quality appearance
 * Possess proficiency in assigned welding techniques
 * Lay-out, align, position, and fit components together according to print
   provided
 * Perform inspections of product as produced
 * Perform Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) on completed weldments as training and
   certification allows
 * Demonstrate the ability to read and interpret blueprint drawings, bills of
   materials, routing, and customer specifications, including weld requirement
   symbology
 * Operate overhead cranes, forklifts, power tools, and other equipment as
   needed in order to perform job functions
 * Ability to use and read measurement devices such as tape measures, calipers,
   and weld gauges
 * Perform basic cleanliness and preventative maintenance on equipment, never
   cleaning or performing maintenance while equipment is operational
 * Minimum High School diploma or GED
 * AWS Certification preferred

MAINTENANCE TECH

Location: McHenry, IL 60050

Pay Rate: $30.00/hour

Shift: 1st Shift

Qualifications:

 * Must have working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
   on injection molding machines

 * Must have working knowledge of electric color and rules governing load and
   flow

 * Minimum of five years experience working on injection mold machines required

 * Computer literate. Capable of inputting information, updating systems,
   completing work orders, and communicative through e-mail. Must have good
   documentation skills

 * Must be a self-motivated individual with a positive attitude, demonstrated
   ability to get along with others, and demonstrated ability to communicate
   directions and requirements in a clearly understood and pleasant manner. Must
   be capable of working and successfully completing assignments with minimum
   supervision

 * Must be capable of operating all forklift and scissor lifts in a safe and
   careful manner and be licensed to do so. Prior forklift experience preferred

 * Must have understanding of machine capabilities and be able to provide
   parameters for Engineering, Tool Room, and Production departments as to
   specific machine capacities

 * Must have the ability to read, write, and communicate in English, in order to
   read and interpret machine documentation, and follow written documentation to
   correctly troubleshoot machine problems

 * Must know how to observe LOTO and Ark Flash safe work practices

 * Must have the ability to lift 70 pounds

 * Must have vision correctable to 20/20 for near vision and corrective lens are
   required to achieve such quality of vision, those corrective lens must be
   worn while on duty

 * Must have ability to differentiate colors so that they can safely work on
   electrical wiring
