INFO

I believe that authentic, human leadership can change the world.

At 19, with hardly any leadership experience, I started a cleaning business
called Student Maid. I never expected it to be my career; it was simply a way to
earn money while I was in college. But before I graduated, my company received a
contract to clean hundreds of apartments—and it changed my path forever. I hired
a team of 60 people help me, and within days, 75% of that team quit. That’s when
my obsession with learning how to be a leader began.

Over the next 14 years, I learned a lot by screwing up. But most importantly, I
learned how to lead from my heart. Doing so helped me take Student Maid from a
small cleaning company to a business known on a global scale for its culture of
belonging, its focus on people, and its purpose of building leaders.

Today, I spend much of my time helping leaders, teams, and organizations around
the world embrace their humanity. I've worked with just about every industry
with one purpose behind it all: To build a better world through courageous,
compassionate leadership.

In 2017 I published my first book, called Permission To Screw Up. Every leader
has a perfectly imperfect story...own yours!

Over the last decade, I’ve spoken to leaders in just about every industry, in
almost every U.S. state, in several other countries, and in hundreds of
virtual meeting rooms. I’ve done everything from 15-minute talks to multi-day
workshops, both in-person and virtually. I’ve learned that every event is
unique, and every group is different. My job is to understand your pain
points and goals and to deliver something that will profoundly resonate with
   your people.

points and goals and to deliver something that will profoundly resonate with
   your people.

For that reason, I approach every engagement as a custom and unique
experience. And, because I own a company and lead my team, I live the
challenges that organizations and leaders face every day. For that reason, I
can speak to a wide variety of topics. But in general, my work falls into
   these categories:

-Teaching leaders and organizations to be more human
   -Building cultures of belonging
-Creating the space for teams to (re)build trust
-Helping organizations inspire their people, regardless of industry
-Giving people the tools to take their communication skills to the next level
   -Helping teams navigate change
-Offering a blueprint to bridge the generational gap
-Helping teams identify their weaknesses and work together to become stronger
   & more!

As far as format, I’m up for anything: keynotes, workshops, consulting,
one-time sessions, ongoing work, custom leadership development programs, book
signings, fireside chats, you name it. Small amount of time. Large amount of
time. In person. Virtual. Doesn’t matter. We will work together to create a
   meaningful experience!

And finally, we offer several public programs:

   - Our Human Leadership Program
   - Our R&R Retreat
   - Our Monthly Coaching Group

Join us! Let's build a more human world!

arm of our existing leadership development company that would expand our work
to include student leadership development, in addition to helping teams and
organizations all over the world embrace authentic, human leadership.
