Lighthouse has overcome these challenges. We have developed a proprietary
managed account platform in which Lighthouse controls the assets under
management. This provides us performance information on underlying hedge fund
portfolio holdings on a daily basis. It allows us to make timely, informed
decisions. And it gives us substantially more control.

CLARK PRICKETT

Executive Managing Director

Clark is responsible for the day-to-day management of the Lighthouse Group
multi-strategy funds and custom mandates.


DAVID POLLOK

General Counsel

David oversees the Lighthouse Group’s legal and compliance teams and advises on
various legal matters for the firm.


ROBERT SWAN

Chief Operating Officer

Rob co-heads Lighthouse Group’s operations department, which was recently
rebranded as Luminae.


SCOTT PERKINS

Executive Managing Director

Scott is a member of the Lighthouse Group Executive Committee and oversees
various business activities of the firm, including growth strategy in Asia,
relationship management in the Middle East and Europe, and a variety of
strategic corporate initiatives.
