BILL ACKMAN

Bill Ackman is the CEO of Pershing Square Capital Management, L.P., an
SEC-registered investment adviser founded in 2003. Mr. Ackman is Chairman of The
Howard Hughes Corporation (NYSE:HHC) and a member of the board of Universal
Music Group N.V. (NA:UMG).

He serves as a member of the Investor Advisory Committee on Financial Markets
for the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, and a member of the Board of Dean’s
Advisors of the Harvard Business School.

Mr. Ackman is co-trustee of the Pershing Square Foundation, a family foundation,
that supports exceptional leaders and innovative organizations tackling
important social issues and delivering scalable and sustainable impact across
the globe.

MARK DELANEY

Mark is Chief Investment Officer and Deputy Chief Executive of AustralianSuper,
acting as an advisor to the board and responsible for the strategic direction
and performance of the Fund’s investment program. Mark started in the role of
Deputy Chief Executive and Chief Investment Officer of AustralianSuper on 1 July
2006, the date Australian Super commenced operation. Prior to this, Mark was
Chief Executive of the Superannuation Trust of Australia (STA) for three years
before the merger with ARF to form AustralianSuper. Before AustralianSuper, Mark
worked for 14 years at National Mutual/AXA, first as an Economist and later as
Senior Manager of Investment Services. He previously spent four years working as
an Economist in the Federal Department of Treasury. Mark is currently a Director
on the IFM Investor Advisory Board. He has a Bachelor of Economics (Hons) and
holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.

TINA BYLES WILLIAMS

Tina Byles Williams is Chief Executive Officer, Chief Investment Officer and
Founder of Xponance®, a $14 billion multiple strategy investment company which
is one of the largest diverse and woman-owned investment firms in the United
States. She founded FIS Group, the predecessor firm to Xponance®, 25 years ago
and has over 36 years of investment experience. Tina is the Chief Investment
Officer and Lead Portfolio Manager for the firm’s active global equity
strategies and a member of the Investment Committee for the firm’s Private
Market Strategies. As Chief Investment Officer, she chairs the firm’s Investment

investing with talented entrepreneurial investment management firms, many of

Tina served as Chief Investment Officer to the City of Philadelphia’s $2.5
billion Board of Pensions and Retirement. Prior to her work with the Board of
Pensions and Retirement, Tina was the Investment Officer for the $300 million
Philadelphia Gas Works Pension Fund.

Tina is a member of the Advisory Board for the Strategic Capital Group of
Investcorp, a $38 billion global alternatives investment firm. She is a member
of the Eisenhower Fellowships Board and serves on both its Executive Committee
and its Investment Committee. Tina is a former board member of the Vantage Trust
Company, a provider of 401 defined contribution and 457 deferred compensation
retirement plans. She is also a former board member and Chairman of the
Investment Committee for VTC’s parent company, Mission Square Retirement
Corporation (formerly ICMA Retirement Corporation), a provider of retirement
services with over $50 billion under management and administration. Tina is also
a leader in her community and sits on the Center City District Board and
previously sat on the Pennsylvania Intergovernmental Cooperation Authority,
which oversees the City of Philadelphia’s financial plans. Between 2011 and
2015, she served as a board member and chaired the Research Committee of the
National Women’s Business Council, a federal advisory council created to serve
as an independent source of advice and counsel to the President, Congress and
the U.S. Small Business Administration on economic issues of importance to women
business owners.

Tina is the chairman and driving force behind Xponance’s philanthropic entity, A
Good Measure Foundation, which provides financial literacy education to inner
city youth and supports programs designed to empower impoverished or
marginalized women or children in the United States and internationally.

Tina is a recipient of several industry awards and has been quoted and featured
in several national and global finance publications such as the Wall Street
Journal, Reuters, Institutional Investor, Bloomberg, Market Watch, Value Walk
and Pensions and Investments. She has also appeared on various business
programs, such as Bloomberg GO and CNBC’s Squawk Box.

Tina completed her undergraduate work at New York University where she graduated
Magna Cum Laude and earned her Master’s degree in Public Policy with an emphasis
in Finance from Harvard University.

KATIE KOCH

Ms. Koch is President and Chief Executive Officer of TCW and serves as a member
of the Board of Directors. In this role, she is responsible for the strategic
direction and overall day-to-day management of the Firm. Prior to joining TCW in
2023, Ms. Koch spent 20 years with Goldman Sachs in the Asset Management
Division (AMD), where she was a Partner and most recently served as Chief
Investment Officer of the $300 billion Public Equity business and as a member of
the AMD executive committee. Previously, she was based in London for 10 years
where she held several leadership roles including Head of the Multi-Asset
Solutions business internationally.
Ms. Koch currently serves as a board member for The Investment Fund for
Foundations (TIFF), The Investment Company Institute (ICI), the Toigo Foundation
and The Spence School. She also serves as a Co-Chair of the University of Notre
Dame Wall Street Leadership Committee and the advisory board of the Notre Dame
Institute for Global Investing (NDIGI). Ms. Koch was named a Young Global Leader
with the World Economic Forum.

Mr. Arougheti is a Co-Founder of Ares and the Chief Executive Officer and
President, as well as a Director of Ares Management Corporation. He is a member
of the Ares Executive Management Committee, the Ares Enterprise Risk Committee
and is on the Board of Directors of the Ares Charitable Foundation. He
additionally serves as Co-Chairman of Ares Capital Corporation ("ARCC"),
Co-Chairman of Ares Acquisition Corporation ("AAC") and as a director of Ares
Commercial Real Estate Corporation ("ACRE"). Mr. Arougheti also is a member of
the Ares Credit Group's U.S. Direct Lending and Pathfinder Investment
Committees, the Ares Equity Income Opportunity Strategy Portfolio Review
Committee and the Ares Sports, Media and Entertainment Investment Committee.
Prior to joining Ares in 2004, Mr. Arougheti was employed by Royal Bank of
Canada ("RBC") from 2001 to 2004, where he was a Managing Partner of the
Principal Finance Group of RBC Capital Partners and a member of the firm's
Mezzanine Investment Committee. Mr. Arougheti oversaw an investment team that
originated, managed and monitored a diverse portfolio of middle-market leveraged
loans, senior and junior subordinated debt, preferred equity and common stock
and warrants on behalf of RBC and other third-party institutional investors. Mr.
Arougheti joined RBC in October 2001 from Indosuez Capital, where he was a
Principal and an Investment Committee member, responsible for originating,
structuring and executing leveraged transactions across a broad range of
products and asset classes. Prior to joining Indosuez in 1994, Mr. Arougheti
worked at Kidder, Peabody & Co., where he was a member of the firm's Mergers and
Acquisitions Group. Mr. Arougheti also serves on the board of directors of
Operation HOPE, a not-for-profit organization focused on expanding economic
opportunity in underserved communities through education and empowerment.
Additionally, Mr. Arougheti is a member of the PATH Organization Leadership
Council. Mr. Arougheti received a B.A. in Ethics, Politics and Economics, cum

JASE AUBY

Jase Auby is Chief Investment Officer for the Teacher Retirement System of
Texas. Appointed CIO in December 2019, Mr. Auby has oversight over one of the
largest investment funds ($179 billion) in the world. The Trust's asset
allocation consists of Global Equity (54%), Stable Value (includes fixed income
and hedge funds, 21%), Real Return (21%) and Risk Parity (8%). The allocation
sums to 104% and therefore has leverage at the asset allocation level. Private
asset classes within the allocation total 35% and include private equity, real
estate as well as energy, natural resources and infrastructure. TRS is a pioneer
among U.S. funds having opened a foreign office in London in 2015. TRS is
headquartered in Austin, TX and provides retirement benefits to more than 1.9
million active and retired educators and targets a long term return of 7.00%.

Prior to his current role as CIO, Mr. Auby was Deputy Chief Investment Officer,
Chief Risk Officer, Co-Chairman of the Management Committee, and head of the
Risk Group responsible for managing and budgeting the risk of the overall
investment Fund. He oversaw the development and management of innovative
investment strategies including risk parity, low volatility equity, reinsurance
and currency management.

Prior to joining TRS in 2009, Mr. Auby worked with two startup companies in
Austin, TX. Before then, he structured credit securitizations as a part of the
structured credit group at Lehman Brothers. Mr. Auby began his career in an
investment management industry resource group as a part of the fixed income
division at Goldman Sachs. He received a BS in electrical and computer systems
engineering from Harvard College and he is a CFA charter holder.

Les Brun is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Ariel Alternatives, LLC.
Additionally, he chairs the Investment Committee for the Firm. Les is also
Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Sarr Group, LLC, a diversified holding
company for his investments, as well as Senior Advisor to G100 and World 50, a
private platform of peer-to-peer communities for senior most executives and
directors from some of the world’s largest companies. Previously, he was a
Managing Director in the New York office of CCMP Capital Advisors. Les also
founded and was Chairman Emeritus of Hamilton Lane, the world’s leading Private
Equity advisory and management firm. He was also a member of the board of
directors of the Richcourt Group, a Hamilton Lane company specializing in hedge

EDWIN CASS

As CPP Investments’ Chief Investment Officer, Edwin (Ed) D. Cass works closely
with the CEO, the Chief Financial and Risk Officer and Investment Department
leaders to strengthen the organization’s investment governance with the aim of
generating greater performance gains.

He Joined CPP Investments in 2008, initially heading the Global Capital Markets
group during the financial crisis. He subsequently headed the Global Corporate
Securities group and then the Global Tactical Asset Allocation team, all within
the Public Market Investments department. Ed served as Chief Investment
Strategist and Head of Total Portfolio Management from 2014 to 2017 and was most
recently the Global Head of Real Assets.

With over 25 years of investment experience, Ed previously held senior positions
at Fortress Management Group, Deutsche Bank Canada and TD Securities.

Ed holds a BS (Hons) in Theoretical Physics from Queen’s University and a

MARY CALLAHAN ERDOES

Mary Callahan Erdoes is Chief Executive Officer of J.P. Morgan's Asset & Wealth
Management division, a global leader in investment management and private
banking, with $2.8 trillion in client assets. She is also a member of JPMorgan
Chase & Co.'s Operating Committee.

Erdoes joined J.P. Morgan in 1996 from Meredith, Martin & Kaye, a fixed-income
specialty advisory firm. Previously, she worked at Bankers Trust in corporate
finance, merchant banking and high-yield debt underwriting.

She is a board member of Robin Hood, the U.S. Fund for UNICEF and the U.S.-China
Business Council. She also serves on the Federal Reserve Bank of New York’s
Investor Advisory Committee on Financial Markets.

Erdoes earned a BS in mathematics from Georgetown University and an MBA from
Harvard Business School. She lives in New York City with her husband and three

DAMIEN DWIN

Damien Dwin is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Lafayette Square.

Previously, Damien served as Co-Founder and Co-CEO of Brightwood Capital
Advisors from its founding in 2010 to October 2020. 

Damien began his career as a trader with Goldman Sachs, New York & London, there
earning the Michael P. Mortara Award for Innovation. At Credit Suisse, he was
the Co-Founder and Head of the North American Special Opportunities business
until 2010. Damien also served on the Vice President Selection Committee and led

DAWN FITZPATRICK

Ms.Fitzpatrick is the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Investment Officer of
Soros Fund Management LLC, in this capacity she heads the firm with oversight
for both investment and non-investment personnel. Prior to joining Soros in
2017, Dawn spent 25 years at UBS and its predecessor organizations, where most
recently she was Head of Investments for UBS Asset Management. In that role, she
had global responsibility for overseeing active and passive strategies across
asset classes, comprising over $500 billion of client capital. Prior to that she
was CEO and CIO of the O’Connor hedge fund business. Dawn began her career as a
clerk on the American Stock Exchange and then a trader on the Chicago Board of
Options exchanges. During her tenure, she served as head of various direct
investment teams specializing in equities, convertible corporate bond arbitrage,
and merger arbitrage, as well as derivatives across asset classes. At UBS, Ms.
Fitzpatrick was a Group Managing Director, and served as a member of the UBS
Asset Management Executive Committee.

Ms. Fitzpatrick currently serves on the Open Society Foundations' Economic
Justice Program Advisory Board, the Federal Reserve Bank of New York's Investor
Advisory Committee on Financial Markets, the Advisory Council of The Bretton
Woods Committee, and as a non-executive Director on the Barclays Board. Ms.
Fitzpatrick received her Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of

Brad is the Founder and CEO of Altimeter, a life-cycle technology investment
firm based in Silicon Valley that manages public and private portfolios. Brad

Suni Harford was appointed President Asset Management in 2019 and is the Chair
of UBS Optimus Foundation. Ms. Harford has been the UBS GEB lead for
Sustainability and Impact since May 2021. She started her Wall Street career at
Merrill Lynch & Co., in investment banking, before embarking on a 24-year career
at Citigroup Inc., the last nine years of which she was the Regional Head of

Jenny Johnson is President and Chief Executive Officer of Franklin Templeton. In
a career at Franklin Templeton spanning over 30 years, she has been a key driver
in the company's transformation to what is now one of the most respected global
firms focused on investment management, technology, innovation, diversity and
corporate and social responsibility.
Ms. Johnson joined the firm in 1988 and held leadership roles in all major
divisions of the business, including investment management, distribution,

Kathleen McCarthy is the Global Co-Head of Blackstone Real Estate. Blackstone is
the largest owner of commercial real estate globally with a $585 billion real
estate portfolio and $332 billion in investor capital under management (as of
March 31, 2023). Blackstone Real Estate is an industry leader in opportunistic,
core plus and debt investing across North America, Europe and Asia. Ms. McCarthy
focuses on driving performance and growth for Blackstone’s Real Estate business.

Ms. McCarthy previously served as Global Chief Operating Officer of Blackstone
Real Estate. Before joining Blackstone in 2010, Ms. McCarthy worked at Goldman

RAYMOND MCGUIRE

Raymond J. McGuire was named President of Lazard in April 2023. Prior to joining
Lazard, Mr. McGuire held a 13-year term as Citigroup’s Global Head of Corporate
and Investment Banking, the longest tenure for this position in the history of
Wall Street. Afterwards, he was the Vice Chairman of Citigroup and Chairman of
Citi’s Banking, Capital Markets and Advisory business. Previously, Mr. McGuire
was the Global Co-Head of Mergers & Acquisitions at Morgan Stanley, a Managing
Director in the Mergers & Acquisitions Group of Merrill Lynch & Co., Inc and was
one of the original members of Wasserstein Perella & Co., Inc. He started his

ARMEN PANOSSIAN

Mr. Panossian is Oaktree’s incoming co-Chief Executive Officer and Head of
Performing Credit, where his responsibilities include oversight of the firm’s
liquid and private credit strategies. He also serves as a portfolio manager
within Oaktree’s Global Private Debt and Global Credit strategies. Mr. Panossian
joined Oaktree’s Global Opportunities group in 2007. In January 2014, he joined
the U.S. Senior Loan team to assume co-portfolio management responsibilities and
lead the development of Oaktree’s CLO business. He became head of all performing
credit in 2019. Mr. Panossian joined Oaktree from Pequot Capital Management,
where he worked on their distressed debt strategy. Mr. Panossian holds a B.A.

he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa; an M.S. degree in health services research
from Stanford Medical School; a J.D. degree from Harvard Law School; and an

REBECCA PATTERSON

Rebecca Patterson is a globally recognized investor and macro-economic
researcher with more than 25 years’ experience studying how politics and policy
intersect with economic trends to drive financial markets.

Most recently, Rebecca was Chief Investment Strategist and an executive
committee member for Bridgewater Associates, the world’s largest hedge fund. In
that role, Rebecca shaped the firm’s research agenda across geographies and
asset classes, oversaw development of new strategies to help large institutional
clients solve their most pressing challenges, and shared her insights via
Bridgewater’s Daily Observations publication.

Previously, Rebecca was Chief Investment Officer of Bessemer Trust, overseeing
$85 billion in client assets. During her time there, Rebecca was a member of the
firm’s Management Committee and helped launch their Diversity & Inclusion
Committee. Before joining Bessemer in 2012, Rebecca spent more than 15 years at
JPMorgan. There she worked as a researcher in the firm’s investment bank in

the asset management arm of the firm and ran the Private Bank’s global currency
and commodity trading desk. Rebecca’s transition to finance came after several
years working as a journalist, covering financial markets, policy and politics

Investor Advisory and Foreign Exchange committees. She also serves on the
University of Florida’s Investment Corporation Advisory Board and was Chair of
the Board for three years. She currently chairs the Council for Economic

Rick Rieder, Managing Director, is BlackRock's Chief Investment Officer of
Global Fixed Income, Head of the Global Allocation Investment Team in the
Multi-Asset Strategies Group, a member of BlackRock's Global Operating Committee
and Chairman of the firm-wide BlackRock Investment Council.

Before joining BlackRock in 2009, Mr. Rieder was President and Chief Executive
Officer of R3 Capital Partners. He served as Vice Chairman and member of the
Borrowing Committee for the U.S. Treasury and is currently a member of the
Federal Reserve Bank of New York's Investment Advisory Committee on Financial
Markets.

Mr. Rieder currently serves on the Alphabet/Google Investment Advisory Committee
and the UBS Research Advisory Board. He was awarded the Global Unconstrained
Fixed Income Manager of the Year for 2015 by Institutional Investor, was
nominated for Fixed Income Manager of the Year by Institutional Investor for
2014 and was inducted into the Fixed Income Analysts Society Fixed Income Hall
of Fame in 2013.

From 1987 to 2008, Mr. Rieder was with Lehman Brothers, most recently as head of
the firm's Global Principal Strategies team, a global proprietary investment
platform. He was also global head of the firm's credit businesses, Chairman of
the Corporate Bond and Loan Capital Commitment Committee, and a member of the
Board of Trustees for the corporate pension fund. Before joining Lehman
Brothers, Mr. Rieder was a credit analyst at SunTrust Banks in Atlanta.

Mr. Rieder earned a BBA degree in Finance from Emory University in 1983 and an

is a member of the board of Emory University, Emory's Business School, and the

KC Sullivan is President of CNBC, the recognized world leader in business news.
He is responsible for the network’s TV and Digital news operations, original
primetime programming and subscription products. A thirteen-year veteran of
NBCUniversal, Sullivan has spent more than a decade in leadership roles across
the company’s portfolio in both the U.S. and overseas.

Indonesia and Thailand, and created “East Tech West,” a multi-year,

He first joined NBCUniversal in 2009, serving as CNBC’s Chief Financial Officer
where he led the company’s global financial operations. Three years later, he
became CFO for the NBCUniversal News Group, where he was responsible for the
finance operation across all television, cable and digital news properties.

Sullivan began his career at General Electric as part of the company’s Financial
Management Program in GE Plastics before moving on to larger roles across the
organization in departments including GE’s Corporate Audit Staff and GE
Healthcare Medical Diagnostics.

Frank Holland is anchor of CNBC’s “Worldwide Exchange” (M-F, 5AM-6AM ET), which

He is also a Transports & Tech Correspondent for the network. Holland focuses on
reporting and executive interviews for cloud computing, enterprise software and
cybersecurity companies in the technology sector as well as trucking, e-commerce
and shipping companies in the supply chain sector. Previously, he was a general
assignment reporter for CNBC starting in September 2018.

During his time at the network, Holland has covered a wide range of national
stories including: the first shipments of the COVID-19 vaccine, the death of
George Floyd, Hurricane Ida and the first Kentucky Derby after the pandemic.

Melissa Lee is the host of CNBC’s “Fast Money” (Monday-Thursday, 5PM-6PM ET;
Friday, 5PM-5:30PM ET), which originates from the Nasdaq’s MarketSite studio in
New York’s Times Square. “Fast Money” gives you the information normally
reserved for the Wall Street trading floor, enabling you to make decisions that
can make you money. She is also the host of “Options Action,” (Friday, 5:30PM
ET), a weekly half-hour program that explains the advantages of options trading.

In addition, Lee is a member of the ensemble cast of CNBC’s “Power Lunch” (M-F,

Before her career in television, Lee was a consultant at Mercer Management

As CNBC's senior economics reporter, Steve Liesman reports on all aspects of the
economy, including the Federal Reserve and major economic indicators. He appears
on "Squawk Box" (M-F, 6AM-9AM ET), as well as other CNBC programs throughout the
business day.

Liesman joined CNBC from The Wall Street Journal where he served as a senior
economics reporter covering monetary policy, international economics, academic
research and productivity. At the Journal, Liesman previously worked as an
energy reporter, and Moscow bureau chief. He won an Emmy for his coverage of the
financial crisis and was a member of the reporting team recognized with a
Pulitzer Prize for stories chronicling the crash of the Russian financial
markets.

Prior to joining the Journal in 1994, Liesman was the business editor for The
Moscow Times, where, as the founding business editor for the country's first
English-language daily newspaper, he helped create the publication's stock
index, which was the country's first. Liesman also has worked as a business
reporter for both the St. Petersburg Times in St. Petersburg, Fla., and The
Sarasota Herald-Tribune in Sarasota, Fla.

Liesman holds an M.S. from Columbia University Graduate School of Journalism and
a B.A. in English from the State University of New York, Buffalo.

Tyler Mathisen co-anchors CNBC's "Power Lunch" (M-F, 1PM-3PM ET), one of the
network's longest running program franchises. He is also Vice President, Events

Previously, Mathisen was co-anchor of "Nightly Business Report," an
award-winning evening business news program produced by CNBC for U.S. public
television. In 2014, NBR was named best radio/TV show by the Society of American
Business Editors and Writers (SABEW). Since joining CNBC in 1997, Mathisen has
held a number of positions including managing editor of CNBC Business News,
responsible for directing the network's daily content and coverage. He was also
co-anchor of CNBC's "Closing Bell."

Mathisen has reported one-hour documentaries for the network including "Best
Buy: The Big Box Fights Back," "Supermarkets Inc: Inside a $500 Billion Money
Machine" and "Death: It's a Living." Mathisen was also host of the CNBC series
"How I Made My Millions."

Prior to CNBC, Mathisen spent 15 years as a writer, senior editor and top editor
for Money magazine. Among other duties, he supervised the magazine's mutual
funds coverage, its annual investment forecast issue and its expansion into
electronic journalism, for which it won the first-ever National Magazine Award
for New Media in 1997.

In 1993, Mathisen won the American University-Investment Company Institute Award
for Personal Finance Journalism for a televised series on "Caring for Aging
Parents," which aired on ABC's "Good Morning America." Mathisen served as money
editor of "GMA" from 1991 to 1997. He also won an Emmy Award for a report on the
1987 stock market crash that aired on New York's WCBS-TV.

Leslie Picker joined CNBC in February 2017 as a reporter covering hedge funds,
private equity and asset management. She is based at CNBC Global Headquarters,
and her reporting appears on television and CNBC’s digital platforms.

Picker has interviewed some of the most prominent investors on CNBC, including
Citadel’s Ken Griffin, Greenlight Capital’s David Einhorn, Omega Advisors’ Leon
Cooperman and Pershing Square’s Bill Ackman. Her investigation into Puerto
Rico’s debt crisis won a Society for Advanced Business Editing and Writing
(SABEW) award and was a finalist for a Gerald Loeb Award in 2018.

Previously, Picker was a reporter at The New York Times where she covered deals.
Her beat encompassed mergers and acquisitions, initial public offerings, venture
capital, private equity, restructuring and shareholder activism. Prior to The
New York Times, Picker was a reporter at Bloomberg News where she reported on
initial public offerings. There, she also contributed to Bloomberg Businessweek,
Bloomberg Television and Bloomberg Radio. Prior to becoming a reporter, Picker
was a segment producer for Bloomberg Television. She began her career as a
booker at Fox Business Network.

Erdoes joined J.P. Morgan in 1996 from Meredith, Martin & Kaye, a fixed-income

DAWN FITZPATRICK

Ms.Fitzpatrick is the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Investment Officer of
Soros Fund Management LLC, in this capacity she heads the firm with oversight

2017, Dawn spent 25 years at UBS and its predecessor organizations, where most

Fitzpatrick was a Group Managing Director, and served as a member of the UBS
Asset Management Executive Committee.

Ms. Fitzpatrick currently serves on the Open Society Foundations' Economic
Justice Program Advisory Board, the Federal Reserve Bank of New York's Investor
Advisory Committee on Financial Markets, the Advisory Council of The Bretton
Woods Committee, and as a non-executive Director on the Barclays Board. Ms.
Fitzpatrick received her Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of
Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business.

SUNI HARFORD

Suni Harford was appointed President Asset Management in 2019 and is the Chair
of UBS Optimus Foundation. Ms. Harford has been the UBS GEB lead for
Sustainability and Impact since May 2021. She started her Wall Street career at
Merrill Lynch & Co., in investment banking, before embarking on a 24-year career
at Citigroup Inc., the last nine years of which she was the Regional Head of
Markets for North America. Ms. Harford then joined UBS, bringing with her a
broad experience from across the industry, including in research, client
coverage and risk management, and successfully led UBS Asset Management’s
integrated investments capabilities, driving performance for its clients.

LYDIA JETT

Lydia Jett is a Managing Partner at SoftBank Investment Advisers (SBIA) where
she helps lead the firm's US Consumer Internet and Global eCommerce Sectors.
Lydia has led and represents Softbank on the Board of Directors of the firm's
global eCommerce investments including Coupang (NYSE: CPNG), Fanatics, Flipkart
and GoTo. Additionally, Lydia has led and represents Softbank on the Board of
Directors of Andela, Block, Candy, Embark, Klook, LTK, Misfits Market, mmhmm,
Pacaso, Papa, Perch, The Sandbox. Prior to SBIA, Lydia was a senior member of
the investment team at SoftBank Group Corp International where she led SBGl's
investments in Guardant Health (Nasdaq: GH), 10X Genomics (Nasdaq: TXG) and
Fetch Robotics (sale to Zebra) and represented Softbank on the board of inMobi.
Previously, Lydia was a Vice President at M/C Partners, a growth equity firm,
and an Associate at Goldman Sachs in the Principal Investment Area where she
invested across media and technology sectors. She started her career at
JPMorgan. In addition, she is an independent board member of Ozon (Nasdaq: Ozon)
and on the Venture Advisory Board of Silicon Valley Bank. Lydia is a graduate of
the Stanford Graduate School of Business, the London School of Economics and
Smith College.

JENNY JOHNSON

Jenny Johnson is President and Chief Executive Officer of Franklin Templeton. In
a career at Franklin Templeton spanning over 30 years, she has been a key driver
in the company's transformation to what is now one of the most respected global
firms focused on investment management, technology, innovation, diversity and
corporate and social responsibility.
Ms. Johnson joined the firm in 1988 and held leadership roles in all major
divisions of the business, including investment management, distribution,
technology, operations, and high-net-worth, before becoming CEO in February
2020. She led the historic acquisition of Legg Mason in 2020, with the combined
organization managing approximately $1.5 trillion in assets globally.
Ms. Johnson has been named to Barron's list of the 100 Most Influential Women in
U.S. Finance for four consecutive years, most recently in 2023. Forbes named Ms.
Johnson to its World's 100 Most Powerful Women and 50 Over 50 lists in 2022,
highlighting women across industries with impressive achievements. American
Banker recognized her as one of the Most Powerful Women in Finance. Ms. Johnson
was named 2021 Woman of the Year by Financial Women of San Francisco. She has
been named one of Money Management Executive's Top Women in Asset Management and
was chosen by her peers as one of Ignites' Most Influential Women in Fund
Management.
Ms. Johnson serves on a variety of boards associated with the investment
management industry. She serves on the International Advisory Panel of the
Monetary Authority of Singapore and is a member of the NYSE Board Advisory
Council. In 2023, Ms. Johnson was appointed to the U.S.-Brazil CEO Forum, which
provides recommendations to the U.S. and Brazilian governments on how to
strengthen bilateral economic and commercial ties. She is a member of the board
of directors of Catalyst and serves on the advisory board of Black Capital and
Democracy Investments. 

Additionally, Ms. Johnson serves on a number of boards
aligned to her personal and philanthropic interests. She is a board member of
the Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Foundation. She also serves as a member of
the advisory board of The Creative Coalition, and a board member of the JMT
Wilderness Conservancy and the Carolands Foundation. Previously, Ms. Johnson has
served on various other boards, including the Lucille Packard Children's
Hospital and the San Francisco Giants. 

Ms. Johnson earned her B.A. in
economics from the University of California at Davis.

KATIE KOCH

Ms. Koch is President and Chief Executive Officer of TCW and serves as a member
of the Board of Directors. In this role, she is responsible for the strategic
direction and overall day-to-day management of the Firm. Prior to joining TCW in
2023, Ms. Koch spent 20 years with Goldman Sachs in the Asset Management
Division (AMD), where she was a Partner and most recently served as Chief
Investment Officer of the $300 billion Public Equity business and as a member of
the AMD executive committee. Previously, she was based in London for 10 years
where she held several leadership roles including Head of the Multi-Asset
Solutions business internationally.
Ms. Koch currently serves as a board member for The Investment Fund for
Foundations (TIFF), The Investment Company Institute (ICI), the Toigo Foundation
and The Spence School. She also serves as a Co-Chair of the University of Notre
Dame Wall Street Leadership Committee and the advisory board of the Notre Dame
Institute for Global Investing (NDIGI). Ms. Koch was named a Young Global Leader
with the World Economic Forum.

Ms. Koch earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Literature at the
University of Notre Dame.

REBECCA PATTERSON

Rebecca Patterson is a globally recognized investor and macro-economic
researcher with more than 25 years’ experience studying how politics and policy
intersect with economic trends to drive financial markets.

Most recently, Rebecca was Chief Investment Strategist and an executive
committee member for Bridgewater Associates, the world’s largest hedge fund. In
that role, Rebecca shaped the firm’s research agenda across geographies and
asset classes, oversaw development of new strategies to help large institutional
clients solve their most pressing challenges, and shared her insights via
Bridgewater’s Daily Observations publication.

Previously, Rebecca was Chief Investment Officer of Bessemer Trust, overseeing
$85 billion in client assets. During her time there, Rebecca was a member of the
firm’s Management Committee and helped launch their Diversity & Inclusion
Committee. Before joining Bessemer in 2012, Rebecca spent more than 15 years at
JPMorgan. There she worked as a researcher in the firm’s investment bank in
Europe, Singapore and the U.S. She also served as Chief Investment Strategist in
the asset management arm of the firm and ran the Private Bank’s global currency
and commodity trading desk. Rebecca’s transition to finance came after several
years working as a journalist, covering financial markets, policy and politics
in the U.S. and Europe.

Rebecca is currently a member of the Council on Foreign Relations and the
Economic Club of New York. She has served on the New York Federal Reserve’s
Investor Advisory and Foreign Exchange committees. She also serves on the
University of Florida’s Investment Corporation Advisory Board and was Chair of
the Board for three years. She currently chairs the Council for Economic
Education and is a member of the board of the Bretton Woods Committee. Rebecca’s
insights are frequently sought after by the media; she co-hosted the first-ever
television program dedicated to foreign-exchange markets: CNBC’s “Money in
Motion.”

Rebecca holds an M.B.A. from New York University, an M.A. in International
Relations from the Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International
Studies, and a B.S. in Journalism from the University of Florida. She was
included in American Banker’s list of Most Powerful Women in Finance for six
consecutive years and was named to Forbes’ 50 over 50 in 2022.
