Fast response. Good feedback mechanism to know when a loan has closed and ask customers for a review. Still waiting to make sure email contacts from you and other associated vendors nearly stops now that I have secured my loan. How you can improve: It was a bit overwhelming when I received 3 phone calls from lenders within 5 seconds of clicking submit. I understand they are competing with each other and trying to get to me first, but the overlap/urgency of each feels scammy (not that it was). After getting more details (closing costs, appraisal process, annual fees, interest rate, speed) from each lender (talked to 4 of 5) I found the right fit. I suggest you front-load the extra detailed information into your summary to reduce the cycles from customers needing to have lengthy conversations with each lender to get that info. Suggest allowing the customer to prioritize the lender list based on detailed comparison data, maybe feeding this into the vendor algorithm to throttle the onslaught of phone calls/emails. This might sound crazy, but my loan application was denied by lending tree, but you have to give credit where it is due and the process was smooth. Customer service is great the online website and app or solid. I really had no issues. Everything went through smoothly, in fact, my credit score being too low was the reason I was denied, so it was my own fault. I’m trying to work on that still but overall the service is really good!! We will NEVER USE THIS SVC AGAIN!!!! nothing but 3rd party spam on mass scale and all the lenders are shoddy predatory loans with weekly payments, no real trusting bank was ever on the list.
