Organizations around the globe are adopting tools that provide the insights,
efficiency and agility needed to embrace an uncertain future with confidence.
These tools offer secure and flexible systems built to meet ever-changing
challenges, helping organizations eliminate pain points and free up resources.
Now the question is, how can agencies build on digital transformation and
optimize new capabilities?

The state of Maryland adopted technology in 2017 that helped solve time-tracking
challenges and improve talent management. With more efficient and streamlined
systems, the state is able to focus on better serving constituents. Learn about
Maryland’s technology adoption process, how the system has evolved over time and
other benefits and challenges the state has experienced during a webinar hosted
by Governing on March 2, 2023, at 11AM PT, 2PM ET. During this webinar, we’ll
explore:

 * The long-term impacts of digitally transforming legacy systems
 * How approaches to strategic goals may change after the deployment of new,
   modern tools
 * The latest trends, challenges and solutions in time tracking
