Guidelines
For the enjoyment of all guests, please read the following guidelines prior to
your appointment at Spa Terra. We appreciate your respect and cooperation.

Reservations
Advanced reservations are recommended. To reserve your services, please call
707.251.3000 or book online. All spa services are guaranteed with a credit card.

Arrival Time
We ask that our guests arrive at least 20 minutes prior to their treatment,
however guests do have all day spa access during business hours. Each service
will start and end according to the time reserved. To accommodate all our guests
as scheduled, late arrivals will receive the balance remaining in treatment time
at full cost of service. 

Cancellation
Please provide a 24-hour notice should you need to cancel an appointment. The
full cost of services will be charged for cancellations within 24 hours or
no-show appointments.

Spa Service Charge
To make your experience as seamless as possible, a 20% service charge will be
added to all spa services. Any additional gratuities are optional but always
appreciated. A 24% service charge is added to all spa services for groups of 10
or more.

Age Requirements
We welcome guests 18 years or older.

Therapist Preference and Medical Conditions
Please state a preference for a male or female therapist at the time of
reservation. Please advise us of any medical conditions or if you are pregnant.

Quiet Enjoyment
To preserve relaxation and privacy, please turn off your cell phones, cameras,
and all other electronic devices.

Pool Access
Access is available to spa guests with an appointment or registered hotel
guests. Limited day passes based on availability for non-registered hotel
guests.
