Kristen Bell is an actress, philanthropist, and producer who can currently be
seen starring in an all new animated Amazon children’s series “Do, Re, & Mi,”
STX Film’s couponing adventure “Queenpins,” hosting a new family game show
“Family Game Fight” with her husband Dax Shepard which premiered this summer on
NBC, and Netflix’s parody comedy “The Woman in the House” series coming this
winter. Bell will also be starring in the upcoming film “The People We Hate at
the Wedding” alongside Allison Janney and Ben Platt.

She also recently starred in the NBC series “The Good Place,” opposite Ted
Danson and reprised her role as ‘Anna’ in “Frozen 2,” which with 1.3 billion
thus far, has surpassed the $1.2 billion “Frozen” earned worldwide and taken
over the top position as the highest grossing animated film of all time.
Additionally, Bell executive produced and appeared in a second season of
“Encore,” which you can find on Disney’s streaming platform Disney+.

In 2016, Bell was seen as ‘Jeannie Van Der Hooven’ in the Showtime series “House
of Lies” opposite Don Cheadle, which wrapped its fifth and final season. In
2014, Bell reprised her beloved title role in Warner Brothers’ film “Veronica
Mars," which raised $2 million on Kickstarter in less than eleven hours and
broke the record at the time for the fastest project to reach $1 million and $2
million. She also brought back the role for a revival of the series on Hulu. She
appeared in a guest-starring arc on NBC’s hit series “Parks & Recreation” and
played the lead role in the independent film “The Lifeguard,” which premiered at
the 2013 Sundance Film Festival.

QUICKBOOKS CONNECT IS A GLOBAL EVENT SERIES THAT BRINGS TOGETHER ACCOUNTING
PROFESSIONALS, SMALL BUSINESSES AND SELF-EMPLOYED INDIVIDUALS, AND THE ECOSYSTEM
THAT SURROUNDS THEM. IN LIGHT OF THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC, WE ARE CURRENTLY VIRTUAL
ONLY UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE.

DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR QUICKBOOKS CONNECT?

CURRENTLY WE’RE PROVIDING ALL ONLINE CONTENT, INCLUDING VIRTUAL EVENTS, FREE OF
CHARGE.

WILL I RECEIVE CPE CREDITS?

THAT DEPENDS ON WHICH CONTENT YOU WATCH. DURING A LIVE QUICKBOOKS CONNECT
VIRTUAL EVENT, SELECT SESSIONS ARE ELIGIBLE FOR CPE CREDITS, AS IDENTIFIED IN
THE EVENT AGENDA. FOR SESSIONS VIEWED ON-DEMAND OR THROUGHOUT THE YEAR, WE DO
NOT OFFER CPES CREDITS. A CERTIFICATE WILL BE EMAILED TO PARTICIPANTS WITHIN

By registering for the QuickBooks Connect event and participating in event
activities, such as polls, trivia and/or networking (collectively the “Event”),
I hereby agree to release and hold harmless Intuit, Inc. (“Event Host”), its
employees, vendors, agents, and contractors from any and all alleged and/or
actual liability, claims, actions, lawsuits, damages, or losses, of any kind
(“Claim”) which arise out of or result from my registration, attendance at,
and/or involvement in the Event.



I understand that Event Host or its authorized representatives may conduct
interviews and may capture photos and/or videos during the Event.

I hereby grant to the Event Host and its authorized representative the absolute
right and permission to use my name, likeness, biographical information, voice,
content of any interview, image and/or photograph and any other indicia of
persona (“Persona”) or to refrain from doing so, in any manner or media whether
existing now or hereinafter developed (including without limitation the World
Wide Web and the Internet), worldwide, for trade, advertising and/or promotional
purposes.

I agree I shall have no rights of review or approval, no Claim to compensation,
and no Claim arising out of or resulting from the use, alteration, blurring,
distortion or illusionary effect (whether intentional or otherwise) or use in
any composite form of my Persona and agree to release and hold Event Host and
its authorized representatives harmless for any and all such use(s).

I understand that information I have provided may be used to distribute any
available event materials via postal or email and to be shared with Intuit’s
trusted service providers who provide Event virtual or web-enabled functionality
experience, and that I am responsible for updating my profile preference (e.g.,
name, company, job title). I understand I can also cancel my registration at any
time.

I understand that Intuit, in its sole discretion, may make networking chat
(“Chat”) functionality available from the Event platform. Such Chat
functionality allows registered attendees to create and display a profile in the
Event directory and to chat with an attendee and/or group during the Event. Chat
is optional and it is the attendee’s choice to use and/or accept (or block)
invitations sent by Event attendees. By using Chat, the platform allows Event
attendees to view each other’s profile. I understand that I am responsible for
my profile content, and acknowledge that any content of individual and/or group
chat is not moderated by Intuit. Any misuse and/or inappropriate behavior in
Chat may be grounds for account deletion. I agree that Intuit may use my email
address to send Event updates, invitations to offers and promotions (e.g.,
drawings or giveaways), and survey evaluations. Intuit may also use my email
address to send marketing-related messages and invitations to future Intuit
events.

Furthermore, I agree to comply with Intuit policy that attendee information made
available to me pre/during/post event will not be used by me for any marketing
purposes; and that Intuit may, in its sole discretion:

 * Reserves the right to deny attendance or registration to any individual or
   entity for any reason;
 * Close Event registration earlier than the posted deadline; and
 * Change the Event program day and time.
