WHERE CAN I FIND AND STORE MY HEALTHCERTS?

Upon submission of your request, your digitally endorsed Vaccination HealthCert
will be sent to your designated email and/ or Singpass app (for users who logged
in using Singpass app/ credentials) within 15 minutes. In the case of your
digitally endorsed Pre-Departure Test (PDT) it will be sent to your email (and
Singpass app if you presented your NRIC) by the clinic or their respective
issuer.

 


STORING AND VIEWING ONLINE VERIFICATION QRS


USING SINGPASS APP

Singpass users may view the online verification QRs in their HealthCerts via
their Documents Wallet found under 'My Profile' on the Singpass app’s home
screen. Users who obtained their HealthCerts before 1 Dec 2021 should check
their Singpass app Inbox. Offline verification QRs will be available on the
Singpass app in future.  

 



 


USING COMPATIBLE THIRD-PARTY E-WALLETS



Android

Users of Android devices can also store the online verification QRs from their
HealthCert in a compatible third-party wallet such as Google Pay. You may store
multiple HealthCerts on Google Pay. 



A link to Google Pay will be available towards the bottom of the HealthCerts
email. Click on it and follow the instructions to add your HealthCert to Google
Pay. For convenience, you may wish to use the Google Pay app by downloading it
from the Google Play Store. 





 

Note: HealthCerts on Google Pay is only available for Android devices and is not
supported on iOS devices. Do also note that currently only the online
verification QRs for Vaccination HealthCerts can be saved on Google Pay.Google
Pay will be extended to offline verification QRs for Pre-departure Test and
Vaccination HealthCerts in future.

 

iOS

Users of Apple devices can store their offline verification QRs from their
HealthCert in Apple Wallet & Health. You may store multiple HealthCerts.





A link(s) to Apple Wallet & Health will be available towards the bottom of the
HealthCerts email. Click on it and follow the instructions to add your
HealthCert to the app. You may also scan the relevant offline QR code using the
native camera on your Apple device to add the HealthCert.

 

(Note: Singpass users also have the option to natively add an existing
Vaccination HealthCert to your Apple Wallet and Health as of iOS 15.4. Select
the “Documents” folder in your Singpass app and navigate to your relevant
offline QR codes, and select ‘Add to Apple Wallet and Health’.)
