HOW LONG IS A STRATEGY SESSION?

We jokily say that it can take between 20 minutes to 2 hours, depending on how
many questions you ask. Usually a Strategy Session will be about 45 minutes.
However, we take as much time as you need to feel confident.



WHAT DO YOU NEED TO DO TO PREPARE?

Most of our clients take a lot of notes during the Strategy Session, so we
recommend being sat down at a desk with computer or tablet. We have a slide
presentation for those that are visual (most of us). Don't book a time where
you'll be forced to be on your phone or in the car. This is your time to become
a better buyer.



HOW DO I SIGN UP?

Two simple ways. If you're not working with an Onyx Agent, you can simply 'Book

HOW DO WE GET PAID?

As real estate agents, we only get paid when a deal closes. When you're buying a
property in California, it is typical that the seller has an advertised
commission that they're paying to the agent that represents the buyer. Most of
the time, that fee is acceptable for our agents. In the event that the seller is
not paying a commission to a buyers agent, we would negotiate our fee into the
deal. We go in much more depth on the Strategy Session.
