Welcome!

Superkids will be running the H.A.F. schemes at John Ball, Lucas Vale and Rushey
Green this summer.

Summer dates for our clubs


 * John Ball - Monday 24th July to Friday 18th August. 7:30am - 6pm
   
 * Lucas Vale - Monday 24th July to Friday 18th August. 8am - 6pm
   
 * Rushey Green Monday 31st July to Friday 25th August - 8am to 6pm
   

 * St.Marys holiday club: will be open Monday 24th July to Tuesday 22nd August
   
 * Limited spaces on Monday 21st and Tuesday 22nd August
   

 * St. Marys multisports club: will be open Monday 24th July to Wednesday 23rd
   August.
   
 * Please note: No early drop offs or late pick ups on Wednesday 23rd August

Once completed, what happens next?
Once you click 'Submit my booking' your email will be sent to us. Within 48
hours, we will email back and confirm the following:


 * Our holiday guide will be emailed to you with payment information
   
 * Payment received by Friday 21st July
   
 * Once confirmed, our cancellation policy will apply. Please be aware, we have
   updated our cancellation policy.
   
 * If you have not received your email after 48 hours, please check your junk
   box/folder before emailing admin@superkidsclub.co.uk and we can check on the
   status.
   
 * Need to cancel? Please email us as there maybe a charge.
   
 * Extra days to your booking? Just email us, thank you.
   

How to make a payment
Breakfast and After School Club parents, please pay the normal way, using the
same reference as before. Holiday club parents, please click 'How to make a
payment' below.

Please see below our activity requirements for this holiday. This is also
emailed to you when completing your booking.

Parents booking into the following will require a change of clothes

 * St. Marys club. Please arrive by 8:30am
   
 * All other clubs, by 9am
   
 * Collection after 3:30pm
   

Playscheme Invoicing
Superkids is using an invoicing system called Famly. Our term time parents will
have holiday club dates and payments shown on your April invoice.

Holiday Playscheme parents will receive your invoice as soon as we are able.
Please check your junk box/folder for your invoice. Please note: Payment is
still required on confirmation, regardless of an invoice being produced.

without charge
- After the 24 hour period, any cancellations will be charged at £2.00 per
cancelled session.
- The final date for cancellation of holiday club bookings is no less than 48
hours (in writing) before the start date of the holiday club. Any cancellation
requests made later than 48 hours of the holiday club start date will not be
granted and the holiday club sessions and any charges for activities will be
charged at the full published rate.

Summer holiday programme Our main activity 24th to 28th July Theme: Pirate
Adventure Monday 24th July Pirate Crew Games - Discover your crew name using the
pirate name generator; make a pirate hat and eye patch, and get wet in our
pirate crew water games (change of clothes required) Tuesday 25th July Treasure
Adventure - Find the lost map to Mystery Island that will lead you to the hidden
treasure! Wednesday 26th July Escape from Mystery Island - Shipwrecked in a
strange land, find your way through mermaid lagoon and past enemy pirates to
find your way back to your friendly crew-mates! Thursday 27th July Pirate Cove
Party - Pirates know how to party! So join the crew for fun, music, dancing and
games! Friday 28th July** Maritime Museum - A day trip to Greenwich to find out
about real pirates and sailing on the high seas and eat your packed lunch near
the Cutty Sark. 31st to 4th August Theme: Jungle Rumble Monday 31st July** Den
building and bushcraft - Build a shelter, learn to tie knots, toast marshmallows
on the campfire and make jewellery and arts and crafts with natural materials.
Trip to local park included. Tuesday 1st August Rainforest Rumpus - Make music
loud enough to shake the leaves from the trees! Dance and play games! Wednesday
2nd August Jungle sports day - Can you run faster than a panther or jump higher
than a tree frog? Put your abilities to the test, but teamwork is the key!
Thursday 3rd August Jungle yoga - A fun themed yoga session with jungle poses to
build a healthier body! Friday 4th August Safari snacks - Make fun food snacks
with a safari theme! 7th to 11th August Theme: Ancient worlds Monday 7th August
Romans - Spend the day in ancient Rome, training to be a Gladiator and making a
beautiful Mosaic art piece. Tuesday 8th August Ancient China - Take a journey
back to ancient China. Build the Great Wall from Lego and play traditional games
of kite flying, shadow puppets and make a Ming Vase or Terracotta Army figure.
Wednesday 9th August Greece - A diverse day of ancient fun from Olympic Games to
Pin the Eye on the Cyclops! Thursday 10th August Egyptians - Write your name in
hieroglyphics; make an Egyptian head-dress and get all wrapped up in the Mummy
game! Friday 11th August Aztecs - Search for Montezuma's lost treasure, make a
golden sunstone and enjoy an Aztec hot chocolate drink! 14th to 18th August
Theme: Super-spies Monday 14th August Spy Training - Create your spy identity
badge and passport, and complete spy training obstacle course and target
practice. Tuesday 15th August Spy secret mission - It's time to go undercover
and complete your first secret spy mission! Wednesday 16th August Super-Spy
skills - Practice code cracking, invisible writing techniques and water combat
(change of clothes required) Thursday 17th August VIP training - Protect your
VIP in a crazy game of dodgeball, take fingerprints and perfect your espionage
memory skills Friday 18th August Spy secret extraction mission - Use your spy
skills to rescue your VIP and put a stop to the evil Dr Blowfish! 21st August to
4th September - Closed Closed for the remainder of the summer. Thank you and we
hope to see you at the next holiday in October

Rushey Green will be open for the summer from Monday 31st July. Parents who
require the holiday club from Monday 24th July can book into our John Ball site
in Blackheath or Lucas Vale site in Deptford

Wall from Lego and play traditional games of kite flying, shadow puppets and
make a Ming Vase or Terracotta Army figure. Wednesday 2nd August Greece - A
diverse day of ancient fun from Olympic Games to Pin the Eye on the Cyclops!
Thursday 3rd August Egyptians - Write your name in hieroglyphics; make an
Egyptian head-dress and get all wrapped up in the Mummy game! Friday 4th August
Aztecs - Search for Montezuma's lost treasure, make a golden sunstone and enjoy
an Aztec hot chocolate drink! 7th to 11th August Theme: Super-spies Monday 7th
August Spy Training - Create your spy identity badge and passport, and complete
spy training obstacle course and target practice. Tuesday 8th August Spy secret
