A MESSAGE FROM THE FOUNDERS OF TANGO, NICK MALINO AND ROBERT MAERZ ON THE
APPROACHING 22ND ANNIVERSARY OF THE COMPANY

Hello and welcome to the Tango Equity website. Thank you for taking the time to
visit us. It’s hard for us to believe but we are now in our 22nd year having
founded the company in New York City in August of 2001. After that fateful day
in September we thought that the event may not bode well for business in New
York and elsewhere but we Americans are a resilient bunch especially when our
backs are against the wall. We spent a lot of time talking to business owners
and  many times merely acting as a sounding board for company leaders trying to
help them and also listening to the faith and beliefs of these people and
realizing the passion they had for their families, businesses and our country.
We in essence were acting as corporate doctors listening to our client patients
and endeavoring to offer sound advice for getting well , moving forward and
succeeding in the respective endeavors. 

Today, 22 years later Tango continues to listen and to provide sound advice to
our clients. In review of our Tombstones, one can see the many and varied types
of companies for which we have provided services, companies involved with blood
labs, environmental clean-up, med-tech, real estate, media, engineering,
transportation logistics, historic rehab, assisted living and memory care, and
food products. We have worked with both public and private companies, for IPO’s,
reverse mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, restructuring, capital formation
for both debt and equity or convertible note securities and others.

Needless to say a lot has changed over these 22 years especially with the advent
of technology and we are still here working with our clients to navigate the
many challenges, the economic cycles, the regulatory environment, political
attitudes, foreign competition and more. Perhaps we could assist you with your

Tango Equity announces the launch of its Food and Agri-Products Brokerage
Division

Tango Equity is pleased to announce the commencement of operations for its Food
Brokerage division. Tango has diverse interests in Agri-products, Investment
Banking, Media, and Real Estate. Tango has recruited a management team with a
successful history in investment banking, capital formation, management, and
operations,  as well as extensive and diverse experience. Over the last 18
months, we have been focusing on developing and facilitating relationships with
some of the largest and most reputable suppliers of food products throughout
Ecuador. Concurrently we are now booking orders with various large buyers and
merchandisers of food products in the United States and internationally. Learn

TANGO LAUNCHES TANGO MEDIA

Tango Equity (tangoequity.com) is launching a new division that will focus on
offering its services for the media industry. Tango Media is currently working
on packaging several television shows both set in Ohio and one also set in
Orange County, CA. South Coast is open for advertising and sponsorships for
presentation on both broadcast and streaming platforms as well as developing a
program for introducing the media industry to a mid-western state seeking to
create and build the industry in their area. The Kelly Initiative will be ready
for sponsorships and advertising in the fourth quarter of 2021

Senior management members Alice Neuhauser and Robert Maerz will head up this
division. Both Alice and Robert have an extensive history and work experience in
the entertainment industry inclusive of film, television, and music. Both are
proficient in the analysis of media companies, both public and private with an
expertise for  reorganization, re-structuring, mergers and acquisitions and
capitalizations utilizing all forms of capital formation inclusive of debt,
equity, hybrid debt, GAP financing, tax credits, and licensing.
