ABOUT


THERAPY TAILORED TO YOU

I have been a practicing social worker in Maine for the last several years,
primarily specializing in CBT based therapy for individuals experiencing early
psychosis. Throughout my training and practice I have worked with folks from 13
to 80. I am trained in, and offer, a wide variety of therapy options, including
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Trauma Based Therapy, Exposure
Therapy, Supportive Psychotherapy, and Solution Focused Therapy. My practice is
mobile and is designed to meet you where you feel most comfortable, be it on a
trail in the woods or in your community. I also offer telehealth services in
inclement weather or when you are otherwise unable to meet in person. I
currently offer meetings in community/nature in the greater Portland area and
adjoining towns, as well as 30 minutes north, south, and west. I don't currently
accept insurance, but will provide a superbill that can be submitted for
reimbursement. My standard time/rate is listed below, but I can also accommodate
other timeframes with modified fees upon request. I can also broaden my area of
practice if so desired, but that may involve a travel fee. As for me, I am a
native Mainer. I grew up an hour north of Portland, left for school, and came
back after wandering much of the northeast. I live in West Falmouth with my
wife, two dogs, and three cats. When not working or studying I am usually out on
the trails with my dogs, no matter the weather.
