RETURNS, REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS POLICY

Sam's Club is committed to offering quality products and services at an
exceptional value. Our goal is to ensure that products and services meet or
exceed our member's expectations on quality and performance. One way that we do
this is through the Sam's Club 100% Member Satisfaction Guarantee and 100%
Merchandise Satisfaction Guarantee programs exclusive to active members.

Photo items cannot be returned. If you are unsatisfied with your photo order,
please take a picture of your photo item for record and contact Member Care.

Member Care can be reached at 1-888-746-7726. Please state "Photo Order" to be
connected to Photo Member Support for assistance.

Hours of operation:

Monday – Saturday 7:00 a.m. - 11:00 p.m. CST

Sunday 10:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. CST

Note: For inquiries on specific orders, please have your confirmation number
available. Your confirmation number can be found in your confirmation email and
on the Order Status page.



CANCELLATIONS

If you would like to cancel your order, contact Member Care within 2 hours of
placing your order to request a cancellation. 

If you would like to adjust an order that has already been placed, call Member
Care for assistance.

RETURNS

Custom or personalized photo items may not be returned.

REFUNDS

Please contact Member Care to request a refund. For items refunded through the
Member Care line, you'll receive credit or a Sam's shopping card unless
prohibited or restricted by law or regulations. 

 If you are refunded through the Member Care line, we'll process your refund
within three days.
