Urban Asset Advisors (UAA) is a regional firm with a commitment to performing
local wherever we do business. We are committed to developing and repositioning
innovative and inspiring real estate projects with a focus on collaboration,
quality and positively adding to the neighborhoods where we do business. UAA a
fully integrated investment and development firm specializing in residential
mixed-use projects throughout the Pacific Northwest. Collectively we have
acquired, developed, and repositioned over 1,700 units with an overall value of
close to $500 million in the past eight years.

Within the markets we focus we take a hyper-local perspective with attention to
detail and quality to create a platform built for long-term success. At UAA
