SAFE BUSINESS EVENT STANDARDS - GET BACK TO BUSINESS, SAFELY | 06.09.2021

Our Safe Business Event Standards (SBES) are based on recommended practices from
the Research Institute for Exhibition and Live-Communication (R.I.F.E.L.) which
were developed by renowned experts in event management and medicine for business
conferences. Our standards are in line with local requirements, industry best
practices and the venue’s safety & hygiene policy. By implementing these safety
measures, you can trust that we will take all reasonable precautions to ensure
your safety when you come to our event. This will allow you to focus on what is
most important: Intense networking, in-depth conversations and an intensive
exchange of ideas.

 

In accordance with current Corona regulations, each attendee at our event will
be asked to:

 

1. proof of full vaccination with a vaccine approved by the European Medicines
Agency and issued by a European Union country. The requirement is to present the
vaccination card with 2 vaccinations (plus 14 days since the 2nd vaccination).

 

2. a negative Covid-19 test (antigen or PCR, 48h old, we will provide testing
facilities on site) One test for both event days is sufficient.

 

3. or show documentation of a previous recovery from a Corona infection. A
doctor’s note explicitly stating Covid-19 and successful recovery is sufficient.




OUR SAFE BUSINESS EVENT STANDARDS AT A GLANCE

Our safety measures are divided into two key areas. These two safety
cornerstones include all measures applied during the preparation of the event,
during the event itself and during the dismantling after the event.




WILL THE LIVE EVENTS TAKE PLACE?

we.CONECT is currently planning to hold all events in 2021.

The preparations for our events in 2021 are running as planned and will be
equipped with our “Smart Distancing & Networking” concept according to the
latest developments. Information about our Smart Distancing concept can be found
on the respective event page.

In addition, all events at we.CONECT will be delivered digitally. More than 2
years of expertise from more than 100 digital events of our digital event series
“ScaleUp 360° – https://www.scale-up-360.com/” help us to provide our partners
and participants with a hybrid event experience.
