WHAT DOES IT DO?

EMOTIVE captures real time social media posts about the products and services
you care about. It displays 8 different cross-cultural emotions experienced by
consumers in an intuitive dashboard and determines the volume of misinformation
directed towards your brand.

HOW DOES IT DO IT?

EMOTIVE can mine and process an infinite number of social media posts and
extracts the emotional content using proprietary technology, developed from
research at Loughborough University.

WHAT DO I SEE?

Through the complex filtering of big data, EMOTIVE reveals the emotional
responses of consumers, the volume of misinformation about the brand, country
and competitor comparisons to direct future brand investments.

EMOTIVE has been used in business (to power consumer insights analysis for
global automotive manufacturers), Politics (correctly predicted in real-time US
Presidential UK general elections), Government (to detect social uprising),
Society (being trialled by the UN), and Healthcare (used to detect 4 mental
health conditions).
