MEASURES TO MINIMIZE THE RISKS OF BOOKING

 1. Tickets are transferrable: Tickets may be transferred to another participant
    at any time free of charge. The organizer can be quickly informed by email
    and will update the attendee list.

 2. On-site tickets can be converted into virtual tickets: 1 on-site ticket can
    be converted into 2 virtual tickets (for the participant and a friend or
    colleague) at any time. The virtual ticket includes streams of all sessions
    from the main stage (not included: Executive Workshops), as well as access
    to our matchmaking app including virtual meetings.

 3. Virtual tickets can be upgraded to on-site tickets with 20% discount (if
    still available). The current ticket prices apply. The amount already paid
    will be deducted.

 4. Cancellation fees: In case of cancellation by the attendee 5 months before
    the event (by July 4th, 2022), 80% of the purchase price will be refunded.
    In case of cancellation 3 months before the event (by September 4th, 2022),
    50% of the purchase price will be refunded. Cancellations after this date
    will not be eligible for a refund. If the participant does not attend the
    event without cancellation, the participation fee must be paid in full. Find

 5. Event postponing: In case the event has to be postponed, tickets remain
    valid for the alternative date.

 6. Event virtualization: If we are not able to carry out the physical event,
    the Aviation Forum will take place virtually. On-site tickets will be
    converted into virtual tickets at a 1:2 ratio.



The registration period for the exhibition ends on December 4, 2022.
Registrations will only be considered in writing as well as via the online shop
at www.aviationforummunich.com/register.
