I bought a SUV at Mullinax Ford. It was my first experience with buying from a
car lot. My ex's was behind great. I had been to other car lots and their
salesman even begin to compare to the customer service that Seth provided. I

Incredible experience here! I’ve been in the market for a pickup truck for about
a month now. Austin, at Mullinax Ford of Olympia was beyond accommodating the
entire way. I have a baby and a toddler and live a few hours away - Going into
the dealership would’ve been utter chaos on wheels - I also wanted to trade in
not one, but two vehicles. Austin was extremely understanding of the entire
situation and offered to deliver the pickup truck and take both trades back to
the dealer. The finance lady Diane if I’m not mistaken was awesome as well, very
kind associates and saved me some money in the end. Highly recommend, best car
buying experience of my life, hands down! Thank you, will be returning and
referring!

I had a very positive experience with Mullinax Ford in Olympia. When I visited I
had intended only to test drive a vehicle but they gave me a great price and
were open about costs and fees throughout the purchasing process so I decided to
buy. They did not try to include or sell me any additional or unnecessary costs
which I greatly appreciated. I would strongly recommend them to anyone looking
to buy a Ford in the area. Chandler was very helpful and helped me purchase a
Maverick at a very reasonable price.

I would only recommend this dealership and no one else around. They found me
into the vehicle I was looking for at a rate and price per month that I was
looking for. I worked with Chandler, who was absolutely amazing to work with -
attentive to the details and our needs as a customer. Would recommend anyone go
see him if they’re interested in purchasing a vehicle. My partner and I shopped
around at every dealership you could think of - from Kia to Lexus. We ended up
with a new Explorer for the aforementioned reasons above and because Ford did
not hassle us with 30 calls trying to make a sale. I would highly recommend

again and he did Awesome!! Week earlier I bought a 2024 Ranger and realized I
needed a BIGGER truck; I came back to Chandler, and he took care of me and
