THE MISSION OF OCEAN PARTNERSHIP FOR CHILDREN (OPC) IS TO ENHANCE THE WELL-BEING
OF YOUTH AND THEIR FAMILIES THROUGH NATURAL AND COMMUNITY SUPPORTS.

Ocean Partnership for Children (OPC) is Ocean County’s Care Management
Organization (CMO). OPC provides care management services for Ocean County to
youth up to 21 years old with complex mental health, substance use,
intellectual, and developmental needs and their families.  OPC strives to keep
children and adolescents at home, in school, and in the community by connecting
them to community resources that meet their unique needs.

Ocean Partnership for Children’s care management is a non-profit organization
funded through Medicaid and available to all youth and families that live in
Ocean County and meet the eligibility criteria of the New Jersey Children’s
System of Care.

OceanResourceNet is an on-line directory of Ocean County’s many valuable
resources managed by Ocean Partnership for Children. It is available to everyone
at no cost and provides information on everything from employment to support
groups.

As part of ongoing efforts  to conduct business in a lawful and ethical
manner, Ocean Partnership for Children, Inc. (the “Organization”) has
implemented a policy as required under Section 6032 of the federal Deficit
Reduction Act of 2005 (“DRA Section 6032”). Compliance with the Organization’s
Policy by all staff members, agents and contractors of the Organization is
required as a condition of continued employment, engagement or affiliation by or
with the Organization. Any questions regarding the Organization’s Compliance
Plan and Federal Deficit Reduction Act Policies should be directed to the
Director of Organizational Development or, in his absence, the Executive
Director. Actual or suspected violations of the Code of Conduct or Compliance
Plan can be reported by contacting SAFE Hotline, which is an independent,
third-party, confidential and anonymous reporting service.
