PAGEPROOF PRIVACY POLICY

 1.  DEFINITIONS
     
     pageproof.com limited (“PageProof”) is an online proofing platform for
     gathering feedback on work.


 2.  PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION LAW
     
     PageProof is committed to ensuring the privacy of all users (“Users”)
     personally identifiable information (PII). As detailed by data protection
     laws such as the CCPA and European GDPR, users can request details on the
     information PageProof holds about the user. A user can request:
     – All personal information held by PageProof about them
     – Their consent be revoked
     – That their information be anonymized on PageProof’s platforms
     – All requests can be sent to team@pageproof.com


 3.  CONSENT
     
     All Users consent to the collection, use, disclosure, storage and
     processing of their information in accordance with this Privacy Policy, by
     agreeing to this policy.


 4.  INFORMATION MANAGEMENT
     
     PageProof is committed to continuous improvement of the PageProof
     information security management system (PageProof ISMS). The policy is
     directly aligned with the Information Security Industry standard ISO 27001.


 5.  APPLICATION
     
     This Privacy Policy applies to all personal information supplied to
     PageProof through the pageproof.com website, applications and platforms
     (example: Slack or Microsoft Teams apps) or any other products which access
     PageProof (mobile and tablet etc) and personal information emailed to
     PageProof.


 6.  DISCLOSURE
     
     PageProof will not disclose any personally identifiable information to any
     third party – outside PageProof’s nominated subprocessors being:
     – Microsoft (platform)
     – Intercom (support)
     – Chargify (billing)
     – Stripe (billing)
     All PageProof suppliers must hold current ISO 27001 or SOC2 certifications.


 7.  ACCESS TO INFORMATION
     
     Personally identifiable information can be updated or corrected by the user
     through the website by going to the profile page
     (https://app.pageproof.com/profile).


 8.  INFORMATION STORAGE
     
     PageProof will store information securely in New Zealand/Australia, USA,
     France, Germany, Norway, UAE, UK, South Africa, Brazil, Japan or in any
     other country PageProof serves. PageProof Enterprise customers can nominate
     their preferred region using the data sovereignty option. All information
     is stored encrypted.


 9.  USAGE OF INFORMATION
     
     PageProof will only use users’ information in connection with using
     PageProof through pageproof.com, applications and platforms (example: Slack
     or Microsoft Teams apps) and any associated services (mobile, tablet etc).
     Specifically the users’ email address is used to allow the user to login to
     PageProof and for email communications from PageProof. PageProof will use
     the information to communicate with users or to co-operate with any
     government authorities with validated requests. PageProof reserves the
     right to use statistical data (anonymously, with no personally identifiable
     information) in relation to PageProof use for marketing purposes – example:
     The number of proofs uploaded in the last 12 months globally by all users.


 10. CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION
     
     All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Sockets
     Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway
     provider’s database only to be accessible by those authorized with special
     access rights to such systems and are required to keep the information
     confidential.


 11. CANCELLATION
     
     PageProof may remove or archive all users’ information and data related to
     the users’ PageProof account should the user cancel their account. This may
     happen 90 days after the cancellation. If the data is archived and the user
     wishes to re-subscribe to PageProof after 90 days, there may be a one-off
     fee to unarchive data.
     
     Any information which identifies the user to another party (such as
     comments on a proof) can be anonymized. The removal of the users’ identity
     information will occur within a reasonable time after a request to do so.
     
     PageProof Enterprise customers may request the removal of their data from
     PageProof’s platform if their contract ends. Once this has been completed,
     a notification of deletion will be issued to the customer via email. The
     timeline and any fees for this task will be provided by PageProof on the
     conclusion of the contract.


 12. COOKIES
     
     PageProof uses cookies on its website. Cookies are small text files that
     are placed on the browsers of visitors to our website for record-keeping
     purposes and so that (for example) your preferences can be recognized when
     you come back to our site. Those cookies include both temporary or session
     cookies that are deleted when you close your browser and permanent cookies
     which remain on your device. PageProof may participate in advertising
     programs operated by third parties for which advertising and retargeting
     cookies are used. Those third party websites show their visitors
     advertisements for PageProof based on cookies which tell the third party
     website that the visitor has previously visited and cannot be used to
     identify any individual visitor. To learn more about cookies, including how

 13. UPDATES
     
     PageProof may amend or update this Privacy Policy from time to time, with
     or without notice to users. We will post those changes on this page. Your
     continued use of the Service after the revised Policy has become effective
     indicates that you have read, understood, and agreed to the current version
     of the Policy.
