employee’s culture, heritage, and experience. We have 6 ERGs and 4 sub-affinity
groups, along with 40+ local DE&I chapters.

ACCESSIBILITY COMMUNITY
AT T-MOBILE (ACT)

ACT strives to create the most inclusive, equitable, and accessible community
for people with disabilities—a world where everyone belongs.

MULTICULTURAL ALLIANCE (MCA)

MCA promotes T-Mobile’s ethnic and culturally diverse communities by leading
initiatives to impact inclusion, develop their members, and encourage allyship
that drives change.

MULTIGENERATIONAL NETWORK (MGN)

MGN provides an intersectional space where all generational perspectives are
encouraged, embraced, and utilized.

PRIDE engages in meaningful and consistent conversations and actions significant
to the LGBTQ+ community that inspire T-Mobile employees and the community to
move our business forward.

VETERANS & ALLIES NETWORK (VAN)

VAN seeks to honor and serve those that have served their country. And to build
