DO I HAVE TO BE HOME FOR MY PICKUP OR DELIVERY?

No, whether it’s a pickup or delivery we simply collect or drop off at your
front door or the otherwise specified location.



DO YOU USE BLEACH WHEN WASHING WHITES?

Yes we do



CAN I HAVE ITEMS HUNG DRY?

No



HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

Are flat rate laundry delivery service pricing makes laundry day incredibly
easy. We’ve eliminated the hassle and unnecessary surprises of per pound
pricing. Just stuff your bags full, it doesn’t change the price! Just make sure
that the laundry bag can draw string clothes fully. We will not accept bags that
are overflowing.

HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ADDRESS IS WITHIN YOUR DELIVERY ZONE?

The easiest way to know if we service your address is to sign up for an account.
Once you enter your information you will be notified if your address is
serviced. If you are not currently in our servicing zone you will be notified
when service reaches your area.



HOW DO I UPDATE MY CREDIT CARD?

To update online: login to the app from your mobile device
Or log into:
www.thebluebee.com/order from your computer. Navigate to your profile tab, add
new payment info accordingly.



HOW DO THE BAGS WORK?

With your first order, you will leave your laundry in a disposable bag for our
driver to pick up.
When we deliver your clean laundry we will include your personalized Blue Bee
laundry bags.
Once you have the laundry bags you can stuff them full at your convenience for
future.



IS THERE A CHARGE FOR CUSTOMERS MISSING SCHEDULED PICK UP TIME?

All missed pickups are charged a $15 missed pickup fee. This includes orders
that are skipped up to two hours before the route starts. If we reserve your
spot on the route, that means someone else was left off the route so we could
care for your laundry. The $15 fee helps us cover some of the lost cost of a
missed pickup. And it helps you remember to set your clothes out next time!



CAN I GET A BLUE BEE REPLACEMENT LAUNDRY BAG?

Yes! If you need a new laundry bag, one will be provided with your next order
for $5. Feel free to specify in your order notes.



TIME PERIOD TO DELIVER BACK MY CLOTHES?

24 hours



DO YOU PROVIDE DRY CLEANING, LAUNDERED OR SHOE CLEANING SERVICES?

Not at this time, but will be providing the above mentioned services in the near
future.



WHAT TYPE OF CLOTHES DO YOU CLEAN?

We specialize in all clothes that are safe in a washer and dryer. We also wash
beddings, comforters, towels etc. As long as it fits in a Blue Bee laundry bag.



WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ITEMS LEFT/DAMAGED IN POCKETS.

As part of our thorough and complete cleaning processes, we check all pockets
before any treatment begins. However, pens, lipstick, and gum can be sneaky.
They do their best to ruin your day and ours.

While we always go above and beyond to prevent damage. And, in the case that
garments are damaged from customer oversight of items left in the pockets, we
will do our best to fix the damage at no extra charge. However, we are not
responsible for any remaining damage due to customer oversight.

So, help us out! Please check your pockets



I DIDN'T UNDERSTAND THE PRICING. CAN I GET A REFUND?

We handle refunds on a case by case basis. However, all pricing options are
stated clearly online and in the app. Blue Bee is not liable for issuing refunds
or credits on the sole basis of not understanding the pricing structure. We’ve
worked to make it as transparent and simple as possible. For questions on
pricing or billing, please contact support.
