**Lease Forward Program Details and Qualifications

Lease Forward Program Details and Qualifications To qualify, you must (a) have
entered into a 36-month lease (or 24-month lease if entered into prior to May 1,
2023) of a 2023 VinFast VF 8 City Edition through VinFast Auto, LLC (“VinFast”)
prior to July 31, 2023 (b) have made 12 monthly payments on your 2023 VinFast VF
8 City Edition lease; and (c) be current on your monthly lease payments with no
accrued or outstanding late fees or other unpaid fees associated with your
lease. The lease program is subject to credit qualification at the time of
vehicle return and execution of a new 24-month lease on a new VF 8 Standard
Edition through VinFast in the name of the original lessee or co-lessee or both.
Upon approval of your application and subsequent delivery of the new VF 8
Standard Edition and simultaneous return of your leased vehicle, VinFast will
make your remaining lease payments on the VF 8 City Edition lease and your $395
lease termination fee will be waived. The monthly payment on your brand-new
24-month lease on the new VF 8 Standard Edition will remain the same as your
VinFast Auto, LLC 2023 VinFast VF 8 City Edition lease (the “Original Lease”).
You are still responsible for any excess wear and use, excess mileage
(calculated based on a pro-rata amount in the event of early lease payouts), and
or vehicle damage and any other obligations including but not limited to
personal property tax. You may also be responsible for other obligations, such
as unpaid fees or taxes that are included in your Original Lease agreement
before participation in the Lease Forward Program may be initiated. Notes:
Approval requirements may be different than at the time of application for the
Original Lease. Not all applicants will qualify. You must lease a new VinFast VF
8 Standard Edition through VinFast in a state that VinFast conducts business. To
be eligible for the Lease Forward Program, the lessee must notify VinFast in
writing of their request to take advantage of the Lease Forward Program no later
than 30 days after the date of their 12th monthly payment and enter into the
subsequent new 24-month lease within 60 days after the date of their 12th month
payment. Payments already made on a lease account cannot be reimbursed. The new
VF 8 Standard Edition must have equivalent trim levels and options as the 2023
VF 8 City Edition. Offer subject to vehicle availability at the time of 2023 VF
8 City Edition return. Lessee is solely responsible for verifying any tax or
government incentive implications that may exist by participating in the Lease
Forward Program.
