An essay competition for high school students (Grade 9 - 12) in Ho Chi Minh
City, Vietnam. Students will engage in meaningful discourse about three topics:

LÊ VĂN THÀNH (MICHAEL)

Michael Le is a Solution Architect who specializes in driving businesses'
digital transformation through Google technologies. Prior to joining Google, he
held pivotal roles such as Field CTO at Dell Technologies and Sales Manager at
Salesforce. Michael Le is an enthusiastic advocate for startup communities and
innovation. He serves as a mentor to numerous startups within the Google for
Startups Accelerator Southeast Asia program. Notably, he has also demonstrated
his creativity by developing applications like MoneyOI and OmAhHum, which have
improved the lives of hundreds of thousands of users worldwide.

Dr. Tosca is committed to collaboratively building strong organizational
cultures with purpose. As a twenty year veteran educator, she excels in
designing dynamic learning experiences for all ages. Having taught and led in
several international schools, Dr. Tosca has developed the disposition needed to
thrive under conditions that require agility and innovative thinking when faced
with uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity.
