Terms and Conditions

PROMOTER



1. The promoter is Menulog Pty Ltd (ACN 120 943 615) (“Menulog”) of Level 35,
300 Barangaroo Ave, Barangaroo, New South Wales (“the Promoter”).


ELIGIBILITY



2. Entry to the competition is open to Menulog customers in Australia over the
age of 18 years excluding employees, managers and directors of the Promoter,
their related companies and agencies, and their immediate families who place an
order on Menulog’s website or mobile application. Entrants must be opted-in to
receive Menulog marketing communications (“Eligible Entrants”).


ENTRY



2. Entry to the competition is open to Menulog customers in Australia over the
age of 18 years excluding employees, managers and directors of the Promoter,
their related companies and agencies, and their immediate families who place an
order on Menulog’s website or mobile application. Entrants must be opted-in to
receive Menulog marketing communications (“Eligible Entrants”). 3. The promotion
commences on Thursday 9 November 2023, 12.01am AEST. The promotion period
concludes on Thursday 16 November 2023 at 11.59pm AEST. 4. To enter, Eligible
Entrants must:
a. register by clicking on the ‘Register’ or ‘Register and order’ button across
promotional channels within Menulog’s website or mobile application
b. Make a Menulog order during the Promotion Period 5. One entry is permitted
for every Menulog order placed by an Eligible Entrant on the Menulog website or
mobile application during the Promotion Period. For the avoidance of doubt,
multiple entries are permitted for each Eligible Entrant.


PRIZES & WINNING



6. The total Prize pool value is $2,900.
The prize is comprised of:


● 2 x Genie In A Bottle VIP tickets to Christina Aguilera live in concert on
Saturday 25 November 2023 ● 2x return economy flights from nearest Australian
capital city to Melbourne ● 1x night twin share accommodation at Oaks Melbourne
on Market Hotel

Accommodation Terms & Conditions
 * 1 x 1 bedroom apartment at Oaks Melbourne on Market Hotel
 * Booked for 1 night 25 -26 Nov
 * Upgrades, incidentals and extra person surcharge are the responsibility of
   the winner
 * Prize is for 2 people in 1 bedroom apartment
 * Credit card security bond will be required on arrival
 * Not redeemable for cash and non transferable to any other property or person
 * Cancellation or amendments not permitted and will forfeit the prize

7. One prize winner will be selected randomly from the pool of Eligible
Entrants. The prize winner will select a guest of their choosing, who must be
aged 18 years or over. 8. The draw for the prize will take place on Friday 17
November 2023 at Noon (12pm) AEST at the offices of the Promoter. 9. Prize
winner will be notified by email and phone call no later than 5pm AEST on Friday
17 November 2023. Prize winners details will be published at menulog.com.au on
Monday 20 November 2023. 10. If there are any unclaimed or un-awarded Prizes due
to ineligibility or other reasons, a Prize redraw will be conducted on Monday 20
November 2023 (12pm) AEST at the same place as the original draw. The unclaimed
prize winners will be notified by email and phone call and no later than Tuesday
21 November 2023. 11. If an Eligible Entrant’s contact details change, it is the
Eligible Entrant’s responsibility to notify the Promoter in writing.

PRIZE CONDITIONS



12. Prize is non-refundable and cannot be redeemed wholly or partially for cash.
The winner must take the Prize as described in these terms and conditions, and
the Prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. This clause does
not limit any rights under the Australian Consumer Law. 13. The Prize can be
transferred to another person with approval of the Promoter. However, it cannot
be exchanged or redeemed for cash. If for any reason, the Prize Winner cannot
take any component of the Prize and does not wish to transfer the Prize, then
the Prize will be forfeited.


14. All ancillary costs or accessories not expressly provided are the
responsibility of the winner. The prize excludes travel insurance, operational
costs, fuel, extra accommodation, additional meals, tipping, applicable taxes,
surcharges, upgrades, personal costs and any other ancillary or incidental costs
related to the prize or anything else not specifically mentioned, which is the
responsibility of the winner and their chosen guest. 15. No responsibility is
accepted for any variation in the value of the Prize.

GENERAL



16. If for any reason beyond the control of the Promoter this competition is not
capable of running as planned and the administration of this competition is
affected, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or
suspend the competition, subject to legislation. 17. The Promoter is not
responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network
or lines, computer equipment or systems, servers or providers, software, failure
of any email or entry to be received by the Promoter on account of technical
problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, or any
combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participant’s or any
other person’s computer related to or resulting from participation or
downloading any materials in this competition. 18. The Promoter expressly
reserves the right to resolve any discrepancies, disputes or otherwise
unforeseen circumstances as the Promoter deems fit and the Promoter’s decision
will be final and binding upon every person who enters. No correspondence will
be entered into. The Promoter expressly reserves the right to change the Terms
and conditions of the competition at any time. 19. The Promoter collects a
person’s information to include the person in this competition. Use of personal
information is governed by the Promoter’s Privacy Policy at
menulog.com.au/privacy. The winner in this competition agrees that their
identity may be disclosed in winner announcements and promotional material. 20.
The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage or loss of profit
(including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal
injury suffered or sustained, as a result of participating in the competition
and/or taking the Prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by
law. In accepting the Prize, the winner may be required to sign a legal release
in a form determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion. 21. These terms
and conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales. All entrants submit
to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
