I was moving from a 5 bedroom home and had lot’s of content. I spoke with Brad on the phone who took the time to listen to my concerns and reassured me it would be a great move. 3 Movers arrived, Serge, Mike and Max. They packed the truck perfectly and there wasn’t an inch of wasted space! All 3 gentlemen were kind, courteous and extremely hard working. I highly recommend calling Great White North Movers for your next move! The team of five individuals arrived promptly at my home, and they were friendly, professional, and efficient right from the start.With a big house and a lot of stuff, I was a bit worried about the move, but the team quickly put my concerns to rest. They worked together seamlessly and with such care, carefully wrapping and securing each item before loading it onto the trucks. The two trucks provided were more than enough space to accommodate all of my belongings, and they were able to pack everything quickly and safely.Throughout the entire move, the team demonstrated a level of professionalism and expertise that exceeded my expectations. They were always courteous and respectful, and they went above and beyond to ensure that everything was in order and that I was happy with the service provided.Overall, I would highly recommend this moving company to anyone in need of a reliable and efficient moving service. After reading some reviews on movers on Google, I have decided to use Great White North since many people wrote great reviews about them. The accuracy of the review was on par. During our move we have placed our stuff in multiple locations so I needed the movers to pick up from our condo and from the other 2 locations. Everything was organized well and the 2 movers was excellent! They wrapped everything! There was no short cut. Mind you this day was 34C and was very Humid. This heat was crazy for anybody. As much as possible we provided them with water. Lots of water. Had to constantly remind them to drink or else I knew someone would have heat stroke. Considerably they kept working away in this heat and I was really happy that I decided to hire a mover this time. I will recommend these guys to anybody and I will definitely use them again.My only complaint to the company is the admin staff. After giving us our quote, we had to pay a deposit which is standard to make an appointment. After sending the deposit, I had no confirmation email that it was received and the appointment was locked in. After several email attempt, finally got the confirmation after 4 days later. I was expecting a reminder email of the confirmed time of arrival, however, I had to call in to find out what time the mover was arriving. Kind of makes us nervous without any confirmation. Since moving date is very important date for many of your clients, these small organization of confirmation will indeed make this company A+ Brand!Either way, THANK YOU guys for making this a great experience and making it flawlessly.
