RAISED FOR THE LEAGUE'S MILITARY NONPROFIT PARTNERS.

By partnering with organizations that support service members, veterans, and

The NFL has partnered with the Bob Woodruff Foundation (BWF) to expand their
Salute to Service initiative in support of those who have served in the military
and their families. Through this partnership, BWF helps invest NFL funds where
they are needed most.

Salute to Service is a year-round effort to Honor, Empower, and Connect our
nation's service members, veterans, and their families. USAA and the NFL
encourage military appreciation through the Salute to Service effort.

USAA’S SALUTE TO SERVICE

Join the NFL in supporting our nation's service members by bidding on authentic,
game-worn Salute to Service items. Contributions are donated to the NFL's
military nonprofit partners. The NFL does not profit from the sale of Salute to
Service products.

members connected to the things they hold dear: family, home, and country.
Through NFL players and coaches traveling overseas on USO tours and the delivery
of flag football equipment and USO2GO kits, we work to ensure our service men
and women are supported around the world.

their own terms, and at no cost through mental health programs like Project
Odyssey, a multi-day workshop that helps veterans discover inner strength and

OVERVIEW OF THE NFL'S FUNDRAISING EFFORTS FOR THE LEAGUE'S MILITARY NONPROFIT
PARTNERS

The NFL has donated more than $51 million to its military nonprofit partners.
All NFL Salute to Service product is produced by official NFL licensees. As NFL
licensees, such companies pay a royalty (% of wholesale or retail sales, which
varies) to the NFL when selling officially licensed products to retailers
worldwide. The NFL receives payment of that wholesale or retail royalty once
licensees sell their respective NFL licensed products to consumers, distributors
and retailers (i,e., the royalty is not based on retailers' consumer-facing
prices in-store or online).

ADDITIONAL DETAILS

NFL Auction: 100% of the sales price from Salute to Service products auctioned
on NFL Auction go directly to the NFL's military nonprofit partners, designated
by the NFL in its sole discretion each season.

At Retail: The NFL does not retain any royalties (or other proceeds) received
from the sale of Salute to Service products. All of those funds (between 5% and
20% of the purchase price of each item, depending on the item) are donated to
the NFL's military nonprofit partners, designated by the NFL in its sole
discretion each season.
