Body transformation category: Are you ready to alter your physique, gain muscle, lose fat, or tone up? This category is for you! Challenge requirements: * Sign up and create a profile on from January 2 to January 9. * Choose your category: weight management or body transformation. * Agree to the Terms and Conditions for the 4LifeTransform® 90-Day Employee Challenge. As a participant, you agree to challenge requirements, criteria, and judging procedures. * Use your personal LP to order PRO-TF®, 4LifeTransform Burn™, and other 4LifeTransform products during the challenge. * Follow a healthy diet and exercise regimen. * Agree to have your photos and measurements reviewed by a panel of 4Life employee judges. * Agree to have your photos used as 4Life deems appropriate. Attend the three official weigh-ins (January 9, February 20, and March 31). Failure to appear will disqualify you for the challenge. Weigh-in and “before” photos: * On January 9, come to the South Building Banquet Room, 9:00 am to 11:00 am, for your “before” weigh-in and body fat measurements. * “Before” photos will be taken in a private setting. Please dress in workout attire (tank top and shorts, for example) or similar clothing to showcase your starting point. Weigh-in and “six-week” photos: * On February, 20, come to the South Building Banquet Room, 9:00 am to 11:00 am, for your “six-week” weigh-in and body fat measurements. * Photos will be taken in a private setting. Please dress in workout attire or similar clothing to showcase your progress. Weigh-in and “after” photos: * On March 31, come to the South Building Banquet Room, 9:00 am to 11:00 am, for your “after” weigh in and body fat measurements. * Photos will be taken in a private setting. Please dress in workout attire or similar clothing to showcase your transformation.
