Welcome to the 2023 éist Staff Culture survey from the Irish Banking Culture
Board.

Your feedback is crucial in ensuring that our activities are focussed on the
issues that are of real concern to bank staff. The IBCB and our member banks are
committed to listening to this feedback and then working collectively and
