estate is one of the iconic and oldest tea estates in south India. Located at an
altitude of 6200 feet above sea level, this estate is famed for producing
exquisite winter flush teas. We have procured this winter flush tea fresh from
the blue mountains. A fruity-floral cup with aromas of wintergreens, this Indian
single-origin tea is an unmissable Winter Flush 2022 cup.

melon

TASTE

A medium-bodied, brisk cup which feels ample in the mouth and starts with a
distinct tropical fruity flavor akin to cantaloupe which gradually gains
prominence as you make your way through the cup. Subtle notes of wintergreen oil
interlaced with muted floral characters, redolent of amaryllis is discernible
around the edges; thereby intensifying the flavors and rendering a sweet, floral
texture to the cup. Mild leafy accents come through towards the back which
however ebb to finish on delectable notes of honeydew melon, which lingers on
making for a sublime experience of Winter Frost teas from the Blue Mountains.

Beautiful wintergreen frost
This is easily one of my favorite black teas. It has a rich slightly fruity and
pungent scent and flavor that I suppose is the “wintergreen” referenced in the
flavor profile. Glendale continues is record of amazing Nilgiri tea

I tried Glendale Winter Frost and it is EVERY bit as good as you advertised!
Absolutely nothing to nitpick. I have been Teabox’s customer for about 10 years,
and purchase my tea exclusively from you. May years ago I was exposed to this
very tea via your samples. I assumed that just as with Darjeeling teas, the
Spring Nilgiri teas would be most aromatic. I “new” thing I learned during this
purchase was that what’s true for spring Darjeeling teas is so for Autumn
Nilgiris. For whatever its worth, I usually blend three teas for my use: (1)
Darjeeling Spring (Goomti is my favorite) ; (2) Darjeeling summer (some
muscatel); and (3) Nilgiri. Once again, superb tea!

Hello, I'm Yoshiki. I enjoy teatime with your product. I trust your work, and I
will respond to you clearly. Glendale in this year didn't taste so good. Aroma
is very fine, but tase is thin and　rough. It was the same for goomtee. I thought
so …… compared to last year lot in my freezer storage. But, Upper Numring is
grate quality ! It was fun. I will continue to support, and please keep up the
good work !
