 * Augusta County Announces Grant Opportunities for Local Tourism-Related
   Businesses
   
   Interested applicants will have until May 13 to submit their applications.
   Marketing campaigns, focused on boosting events, fairs, festivals, or other
   tourism destinations through advertising, design, printing, and promotions,
   are eligible to apply for up to $5,000.

 * Augusta County announces Opening of Dooms Crossing Recreational Access to
   South River
   
   On April 29, 2022, Augusta County will celebrate the grand opening of the
   Dooms Crossing – South River access point. This long-awaited river access,
   Augusta County’s first, is the culmination of years of collaboration between
   federal agencies, state partners, and local and regional businesses.

 * Public Hearings for Board of Zoning Appeals
   
   The Augusta County Board of Zoning Appeals will conduct Public Hearings at
   1:30 p.m., Thursday, May 5, 2022, in the Board Meeting Room, Augusta County
   Government Center, 18 Government Center Lane, Verona, Virginia.

 * Public Hearings for FY2023 Budget
   
   The Board of Supervisors will hold a public hearing for the proposed fiscal
   year 2022-2023 budget at their regular meeting on April 13, 2022, at 7 pm.
