How do you improve production performance?
There are a number of ways to improve production performance, including material
upgrades, wear coatings, cryogenic treatments, and/or surface treatments. Edge
geometry modifications are another area to explore, as well, to improve
production performance.
Where do you manufacture?
We have 3 manufacturing facilities to accommodate competitive pricing,
purchasing of low volume quantities, and quick delivery. Our plants are in
Savannah, NY, Sheffield, England, and Indore, India.
Do you offer discounts for volume purchases?
Pricing is often influenced by volume – the more pieces we can run in a batch,
typically the lower our production costs are. We do offer volume price breaks,
and we also have a robust blanket order process available to help you take
advantage of volume pricing.
Do you offer stocking programs?
Yes, we offer vendor managed stocking programs. Ask your sales representative
today if this applies to you.
What is your standard lead time?
Standard lead time can vary by product type, but as a general rule of thumb,
lead times for items that are not in stock (and we stock 50% of our annual sales
volume) run 4 to 6 weeks after receipt of your order.

is always accurate with delivery dates.

I recommend TGW all the time! In fact, I recommended them to twelve other
plants, many of whom became customers. If I had to give them a score from 1 to
10, 10 being the best, I would give TGW a ten based on quality, pricing and
fairly quick delivery.
