Hi there, Dr. Shelley here with you from the Shareable Wave, with insights for
accelerated healing from addiction, and trauma.

Some of these discoveries are distilled out of pure academic science but others
are my own aha eureka connections that occur by integrating personal,
paranormal, extra-dimensional, and cosmic or spiritual experiences but  largely
these connections are made possible by focusing intently on the sage wisdom of
people like Dan Winter , Bill Donahue but also through conversations with all of
you.

Have you ever thought, "Please be patient, Pure Source Energy is not finished
with me yet"?

There are still a lot of puzzle pieces to eventually fit into the overall image,
but for now, I share this form of radiance plasma science in the hopes that you
will find it opens your own bliss experience and sacred communion with your own
higher knowing.

We each have the competency to reach our goals by many means, however, how many
TIMES HAVE we set out on the right road only to take a wrong turn without even
realizing it.

If only you knew your compass had been flipped on you, you would have figured it
out but most of the information you were exposed to has been distorted, and
redacted to the point that entire chunks of your map is completely missing. Most
of you are pretty good sports about it too, for a while, but, even the
*troopiest of troopers get tired of going endlessly in circles. And then it gets
dark…real dark!

 That’s why we reach that final straw, & actually Hallelujah for the final straw
right? that’s full stop, where you finally throw away the stupid broken compass
and proceed with the only thing you got left, …

When Your brain, your heart and your gut become your own internal compass, now
you have got a hope of returning home, of remembering how to get back to you, to
truth, to something real.

Your heart knows the way, but you might have stopped talking to your heart a
while back, when it was sending you those pain signals, remember? you may even
have been overriding your gut instincts, and your brain just can’t operate
properly on its own. So now, you’re going to have to make friends with those
outcasts again. Their voices are probably going to seem pretty quiet at first
because you forgot how to tune in to them,    

       How do you tune into your heart? You might try re-evaluating your values,
what is important to you? The point is, If you are able to focus long enough and
keep attention on the intention of really CONNECTING with your true heart’s
values, you still have a chance to find that golden brick road to Oz where the
Sun shines down on you all the way back to your natural bliss state. You know
that relaxation, so expansive that you can’t help but just soak up all the rays?
Well therein lies your first clue. The heart of the Sun to be exact…

Attention is a fractal Vortex and sunlight has the hydrogen frequencies to
reconnect you to your pure source energy and you are going to need both to get
home.

Attracting Chi comes naturally when you are tuned in to the quality of grace so
already your access to bliss is making itself known, however, your connection to
self must be grounded to become coherent enough to propagate.

Grounded in your connection to self! hmmmm….. Well for starters that means you
are going to have to take yourself seriously, you are going to have to trust
yourself, rely on yourself, acknowledge the facts, and keep it real. You can’t
be loved for who you are if you don’t show up as who you are. And You have to
see the potholes and boulders in your way to navigate safely around them.

Are you throwing your hands in the air saying well that’s it then : I have
already proven that’s not a good idea…

No worries,

We can diffuse your trauma, we can take the charge off of your judgments and all
the places you are blocking love or hiding from the sunshine, we can even let
PTSD become a thing of your very distant past, but it begins with your
intention.

     Literally learning to visualize what is happening between the hemispheres
of your brain and discovering that everything you have ever experienced in any
way can be sorted.

 Walking the Medicine Wheel means you attain a consumed perspective of the
whole, the sacred Four Directions, where the whole-being includes Mental,
Spiritual, Emotional, and Physical aspects of your infinite and eternal
wellbeing.

This Neutralizing and balancing and sorting all of your longings until you
return full circle on the spiral, doesn’t represent a flat cycle where you start
all over again but rather infinitely expanding, becoming One until you are
restored to full consciousness. Ok that is definitely oversimplified but once
you taste the thrill of reconnecting to your true self you will not ever feel
the craving of addiction or the trauma of PTSD or the pain that comes from
blocking the flow of your life energy.

It is literally a rebirthing that comes from the various sciences including

Radiance Plasma science then takes it to the next level to teach the physics of
Bliss.

Living plasma only sustains implosive vorticity when the charge symmetry
information being delivered into the collective is perfectly shareable with all
DNA. This means your pure intention to focus on pure principle makes the perfect
echo for charge distribution meaning that you then not only thrive but earn your
place in Holy Communion amongst your ancestors.

And although the Plasma Science is fun because it teaches Peak Experience and
how to direct every strike to supercharge your Bliss like a Tai Chi master, it
is really your intuition and skills of Empathy and compassion that make your
daily living skills shine right back into the sun fulfilling your destiny,
Relaxed, conductive with the ability to embed, travel superluminally, develop
all the natural human capacities that have been ignored, undermined & ridiculed
or simply forgotten.

Ok so are you ready to dive in or perhaps we should do a little taste test
first?

 Owe no one anything except to love one another, for he who loves another has
fulfilled the law.

So, now that you are friends again with your Heart, Gut and Brain, let’s first
look at the neuroscience behind two common strategies.

1-you try to rely strictly on intellectualizing any problem, great or small,
into submission or

2- cold turkey approach, just doing it automatically, like ok, new plan, new
life, not a second thought about it, not a single craving to interfere with the
plan, not a single traumatic flashback or panic attack

The third approach, is more about realizing that people who place their
intention and attention on mastering their environment rather than themselves
also establish greater capacity for future resilience and flexibility.

 Neuroscientifically speaking, the cues that trigger a habit may initially be
very specific, but over time our habits become associated not just with a single
trigger, but with the whole context surrounding the behavior. This means
environment links a particular habit to a particular context.

Marketing experts well understand the concept that Environment can be the
invisible hand that shapes human behavior, and that many of the actions we take
each day are taken not as a result of purposeful thinking but as a result of the
most obvious option.

So we will come back to some practical exercises to demonstrate the efficacy of
mastering your environment through the afore mentioned various sciences
including Behavioural Kinesiology, EMDR,,CBT and Somatic based
interventions, focused touch of AcuPressure, Meridian tapping etc., however, I
just wanted to identify some of those wrong turns on the right road so you can
begin to recognize the concept Aristotle talks about when he says “We are what
we repeatedly do. Excellence, then, is not an act, but a habit.” (Aristotle, in
Eakes, 2018)

Focused Human attention, proven to cause charge to compress, non-destructively
implode, give access to the ability to phase lock and otherwise be an essential
component to bliss making Can also take a wrong turn on the right path of
fractal harmonics. Perhaps an explosion of charge or painful memory overload,
bleeding charge

In cases such as Onychotillomania, onychodystrophy, OCD, neurotic
psychodermatological and many other socially unacceptable actions. These are
examples of nail biting, chronic skin picking, like guys grabbing their junk
automatically in any environment, or having a finger up their nose, these are
all types of focused attention on self-soothing actions and behaviours, despite
being socially repugnant actions which become habit and then addiction.

The habit begins like a tickle that just wants relief through perfect touch,
like the tickle being  scratched. Neuroscience has shown that the instinctive
desire to scratch induces the tickle and you can no longer get relief from
satisfying the urge because it has become part of the perpetually entangled
signal. This is called chunking.

Early in the learning process, however, before the behavior is automatic, a
signal arises in the basal ganglia region known as the dorsolateral
striatum (DLS). The DLS “chunks” the task-related events together so that the
brain sees the whole task from beginning to end as one event.

Now, the entire (chunked) tickle scratch reward event is represented as a single
event within the DLS (dorsolateral striatum (DLS)., one bracketed by the
beginning and/or ending neuron activation.

This is very much oversimplified first glance at comprehending how discernment
and conscious choice play a huge role in our attunement to higher consciousness,
or simply overcoming addiction, anxiety or other dysregulated maladapted
behaviours.

Over time, the loop of cue, routine, reward, cue, routine, reward – becomes more
and more automatic. once the cue, the routine, and the reward start to happen
together, the being (human or animal) that repeatedly experiences the loop
begins to cultivate a craving that drives the loop. Not only that, but the cue
and the reward become intertwined until a powerful sense of anticipation and
craving causes the same spike in brain activity as the reward, but before the
reward arrives. At this stage, a habit is born and it is not a far stretch to
see why a gambler will sit at the slot machine for quite a while without the
reward of a win. Once the gambling habit is formed, his brain is getting the
dopamine hit of a reward just anticipating a possible win – even as the wheels
are still spinning. Overcoming behavior addiction such as gambling has
additional demands that are similar to disentangling elements of grief not
unlike deliberately walking away from your best friend or a deeply painful
betrayal experience. Discernment and conscious choice, play a huge role in our
attunement to our own Higher Consciousness.

1.    So we must neutralize the charge, sort all the longings, until you have
returned full circle on the spiral and connect again to your true you, and see
the truth of you, which is to say remember who you really are. You can starve
the sensation, depleting the impulse by ignoring it, until the urge fades but it
is always laying there, just below the surface, waiting to be reignited by some
misguide unguarded attention. This is why learning to create your own bliss is
the permanent sorting to ensure addictions become a thing of the past. Then we
can compliment new behaviours with positive habit stacking

The way to build good habits is to make their cues obvious in the environment.
In the beginning, a single trigger begins a habit, but eventually the entire
context surrounding a behavior becomes the cue.

2.    And remember, It is easier to build new habits in a new environment
because you are not fighting against old cues

How can I make it obvious? (Cue)

How can I make it attractive? (Craving)

How can I make it easy? (Response)

How can I make it satisfying? (Reward)

3.     and in reverse or by inverting, we can eliminate other habits and
behaviours that no longer serve to bring you into alignment with the you that
you want to be or choose to be

4.    How can I make it invisible? (Cue)

5.    How can I make it unattractive? (Craving)

6.    How can I make it difficult? (Response)

7.    How can I make it unsatisfying? (Reward)

Of course at this point in your healing you will be best served to Learn the
hygiene to sustain your appropriate focused attention.
