Terms & Conditions (referred to in this document as “the/these Terms”):

This document sets out the Terms of Adsol Inc, registration number 72803868, a
private corporation duly incorporated in terms of the laws of the State of
Illinois, with address 200 East Randolph Street, Suite 5100-38 Chicago IL 60601
(“ Edvysor” or “We” or “Us”), pertaining to the access and use of the
information, products, functions, reports (“the Services”) provided on Edvysor
(“Platform”).

OUR RELATIONSHIP WITH YOU

 1. We will provide access to the Platform and perform the Services using
    reasonable professional skill and care.
 2. We will provide the access to the Platform to you as an independent
    contractor and not as your employee, agent, partner or in a joint venture
    capacity. Neither you, nor we, have any right, power or authority to bind
    the other.
 3. We may subcontract certain of the Services to other service providers e.g.
    your Edvysor Advisor/Consultant, which may deal with you directly. We will
    only be responsible for the Services in terms of your use of Edvysor and/or
    these Terms.
 4. We will not assume any management responsibilities in connection with the
    Services. We will not be responsible for the use or implementation of the
    action plans generated; any tools or templates completed by the user or
    suggested by your Edvysor Advisor/Consultant; or information inputted into
    the Platform (“Output”) of the Services.

RESPONSIBILITIES

 5. You must assign a qualified person, where applicable to oversee the
    Services. You are responsible for all management decisions relating to the
    Services; the use or implementation of the Output of the Services; and for
    determining whether the Services are appropriate for your purposes.
 6. You must provide (or cause others to provide) to Us, promptly, the
    information and resources that we reasonably require to perform the
    Services, if need be.
 7. You warrant that, to the best of your knowledge, all information provided by
    you or on your behalf (“Client Information”) will be accurate and complete
    in all material respects. Furthermore, you warrant that the provision of
    Client Information to Us will not infringe any copyright or other
    third-party rights.
 8. We will rely on Client Information made available to Us and, unless We
    expressly agree otherwise, We will have no responsibility to evaluate or
    verify such information.
 9. You shall be responsible for your personnel’s compliance with your
    obligations under Our Agreement and/or these Terms.

REPORTS

 10. Any information, advice, recommendations or other content of any reports,
     presentations or other communications we provide under our Agreement and/or
     these Terms (“Reports”), other than Client Information, are for yours and
     your Edvysor Consultant internal use only.
     
     An “Affiliate” of an entity (for the purpose of our Agreement and/or these
     Terms) shall mean an entity or individual that controls, is controlled by,
     or is in a direct or indirect relationship with the first entity, and
     "control" means the ability to direct the policies or operations of an
     entity, whether by contract, ownership of equity interests, or otherwise.
 11. You may not disclose a Report (or any portion or summary of a Report,)
     externally (including to your Affiliates), or refer to Us or to any other
     person, incorporated or not, in connection with the Services, except:
     * (a) to your lawyers (subject to these disclosure restrictions), who may
       review it only in connection with advice relating to the Services;
     * (b) to the extent, and for the purposes, required by law and you will
       promptly notify Us of such legal requirement to the extent you are
       permitted to do so);
     * (c) to other persons (including your Affiliates) with our prior written
       consent (which shall not be unreasonably withheld), who may use it only
       as we have specified or with our express consent; or
     * (d) to the extent it contains Tax Advice.
     
     If you are permitted to disclose a Report (or a portion thereof), you shall
     not alter, edit or modify it from the form We provided to you.

 12. You may incorporate into documents that you intend to use our summaries,
     calculations or tables based on Client Information contained in a Report,
     but not Our recommendations, conclusions or findings. You must assume sole
     responsibility for the content of these documents and you must not refer to
     Us in connection with them.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

 13. You (and any others for whom Services are provided) may not recover from
     Us, in contract or delict or any other cause of action, under statute or
     otherwise, any amount with respect to loss of profit, data or goodwill, or
     any other consequential, incidental, indirect or special damages in
     connection with claims arising out of our Agreement or otherwise relating
     to the Services, whether or not the likelihood of such loss or damage was
     contemplated.
 14. You (and any others for whom Services are provided) may not recover from
     Us, in contract or delict or any other cause of action, under statute or
     otherwise, aggregate damages in excess of the fees actually paid for the
     Services that directly caused the loss in connection with claims arising
     out of our Agreement and/or these Terms or otherwise relating to the
     Services.
 15. With the exception of  liability for death or personal injury, or loss
     resulting from our fraud, or any other liability for which restriction or
     exclusion is prohibited by law, our liability for the aggregate of all
     claims arising out of or in connection with this engagement in respect of
     breach of contract or breach of duty or fault or negligence or otherwise
     (collectively referred to herein as “fault”) shall be no more than that
     proportion of the loss or damage (including interest and costs) suffered by
     you, which is ascribed to us by a court of competent jurisdiction or
     arbitrator allocating proportionate responsibility to us, having regard to
     the contribution to the loss or damage in question by you or any other
     person based upon relative degrees of fault; its being a term of this
     engagement that the provisions of Section 1 of the Apportionment of Damages
     Act, 1956 will apply to all claims between us. “Fault” and “loss or damage”
     as used herein shall, respectively, be deemed to fall within the meanings
     of “fault” and “damage” as contained in section 1 of the Apportionment of
     Damages Act, 1956. For the purposes of assessing the contribution to the
     loss and damage in question of any other person pursuant to the preceding
     paragraph, you and We agree that no account shall be taken of any limit
     imposed or agreed on the amount of liability of such person by any
     agreement (including any settlement agreement) made before or after the
     loss and damage in question occurred.
 16. You must make any claim relating to the Services or otherwise under our
     Agreement no later than three (3) calendar months after you become aware
     (or ought reasonably to have become aware) of the facts that give rise to
     your claim, and in any event, regardless of the knowledge, by no later than
     one year after the date of any alleged breach of contract, delictual act or
     omission, or any other act or omission giving rise to a cause of action. 
     This expressly overrides any statutory provision that would otherwise
     apply, unless such statutory provision cannot be overridden.
 17. You may not make a claim or bring proceedings relating to the Services or
     otherwise under our Agreement or these Terms against Us or any of our
     Affiliates.
 18. We will require proof of your claim as well as the date when you became
     aware of such claim.

INDEMNITY

 19. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, regulations and relevant
     rules of conduct you shall indemnify Us against all claims by third parties
     (including your Affiliates and lawyers) and resulting liabilities, losses,
     damages, costs and expenses (including reasonable external and internal
     legal costs) arising out of the third party’s use of or reliance on any
     Report (including Tax Advice) disclosed to it by or through you or at your
     request. You shall have no obligation hereunder to the extent that We have
     specifically authorized, in writing, the third party’s reliance on the
     Report.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

 20. We may use data, software, designs, utilities, tools, models, systems and
     other methodologies and know-how (“Materials”) that we own in performing
     the Services. Notwithstanding the delivery of any Reports, We retain
     ownership of all intellectual property rights in the Materials (including
     any improvements or knowledge developed while performing the Services), and
     in any working papers compiled in connection with the Services (but not
     Client Information reflected in them).
 21. Upon payment for the Services, you may use any Materials included in the
     Reports, as well as the Reports themselves as permitted.
 22. Any amendments needing to be made to the content on the Platform can only
     be made with our express permission; and We will not take responsibility
     for another service provider modifying the Platform in any way. Should the
     Platform be modified by another vendor for whatever reason, We will
     immediately terminate the service and all monies outstanding become payable
     immediately to Us.

CONFIDENTIALITY

 23. Except as otherwise permitted by our Agreement and/or these Terms, the
     Parties may not disclose to any third parties the contents of our Agreement
     and/or these Terms or any information (other than Tax Advice) provided by
     or on behalf of the other that ought reasonably to be treated as
     confidential and/or proprietary. Either of the Parties may, however,
     disclose such information to the extent that it:
     * is or becomes public other than through a breach of our Agreement and/or
       these Terms;
     * is subsequently received by the recipient from a third party who owes no
       obligation of confidentiality to the disclosing party with respect to
       that information;
     * was known to the recipient at the time of disclosure or is thereafter
       created independently;
     * is disclosed as necessary to enforce the recipient’s rights under our
       Agreement and/or these Terms; or
     * must be disclosed under applicable law, legal process or professional
       regulations.
     * Either of the Parties may use electronic media to correspond or transmit
       information and such use will not in itself constitute a breach of any
       confidentiality obligations under this Agreement and/or these Terms.
 24. Subject to applicable law, we may provide Client Information to other
     firms, and external service providers (“Service Providers”) who may
     collect, use, transfer, store or otherwise process it (collectively
     “Process”) in various jurisdictions in which they operate for purposes
     related to:
     * the provision of the Services;
     * complying with regulatory, and legal obligations to which we are subject;
     * conflict checking;
     * for risk management and quality reviews; and for
     * our internal financial accounting, information technology and other
       administrative support services (collectively “Processing Purposes”). We
       shall be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of Client
       Information regardless of who Processed such Information on Our behalf.

DATA PROTECTION

 26. You warrant that you have the authority to provide Personal Information to
     us in connection with the performance of the Services and that any Personal
     Information provided to Us has been Processed in accordance with applicable
     law.

FEES AND EXPENSES GENERALLY

 27. Payment for the Platform is due upon receipt of a formal quotation.
 28. We may charge additional professional fees if events beyond our control
     (including your acts or omissions) affect Our ability to perform the
     Services as originally planned or if you require Us to perform additional
     tasks.
 29. If We are required by applicable law, legal process or government action to
     produce information or personnel as witnesses with respect to the Services
     or our Agreement and/or these Terms, you shall reimburse Us for any
     professional time and expenses (including reasonable external and internal
     legal costs) incurred to respond to the request, unless we are a party to
     the proceeding or the subject of the investigation.

FORCE MAJEURE

 30. Neither you nor We shall be liable for breach of the Agreement and/or these
     Terms (other than payment obligations) caused by circumstances beyond your
     or our reasonable control.

TERM AND TERMINATION

 31. This Agreement applies to the Services whenever performed (including before
     the date of this Agreement).
 32. This Agreement shall terminate on the completion of the Services. Either
     Party may terminate this Agreement, or any particular Service/s, earlier
     upon sixty (60) days’ written notice to the other. In addition, We may
     terminate this Agreement, or any particular Service/s, immediately, upon
     written notice to you, if We determine that we can no longer provide the
     Service/s in accordance with applicable law or professional obligations.
 33. Should there be a request for cancellation, any refund due will be based on
     the following criteria:
     * If the refund is requested within the first 6 months of the subscription,
       no refund applicable.
     * If the refund is after 6 months of the subscription being active, a 20%
       refund will be paid to the subscriber pro-rata for the period used &
       remaining and subscription immediately terminated.
 34. If a payment is in arrears for more than 7 days after payment is due,
     access to the platform will be revoked until such time payment has been
     received.
 35. Our respective confidentiality obligations under our Agreement and/or these
     Terms shall continue indefinitely.
 36. You shall repay to Us on demand all costs which Edvysor incurs as a result
     of your failure to comply with the Terms and Conditions of this Agreement
     or any termination hereof, which may include (and not limited to)–
     * costs in connection with tracing you;
     * all legal costs on the attorney client scale;
     * collection commission that may legally be recovered from you by Edvysor’s
       attorneys or collection agents on amounts collected;
 37. To the extent that it is appropriate, the provisions of clause 37) above
     applies reciprocally to you, read with the necessary changes.
 38. The provisions of our Agreement and/or these Terms that give either of the
     Parties rights or obligations beyond the Agreement’s termination shall
     continue indefinitely following the termination of this Agreement.

GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

 39. Our Agreement, and any non-contractual matters or obligations arising out
     of our Agreement or the Services, shall be governed by, and construed in
     accordance with, the laws of United States of America.
 40. Except as otherwise expressly provided, any dispute relating to our
     Agreement and/or these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the
     exclusive jurisdiction of the United States of America courts, to which
     each of the Parties agrees to submit for these purposes. The Parties may,
     by agreement, refer any dispute hereunder to arbitration in accordance with
     the necessary legislature.

MISCELLANEOUS

 41. Our Agreement and/or these Terms constitutes the entire agreement between
     the Parties as to the Services and the other matters it covers, and
     supersedes all prior agreements, understandings and representations with
     respect thereto, including any confidentiality agreements previously
     delivered.
 42. Both Parties may execute our Agreement and/or these Terms as well as any
     amendments to it by electronic means, including by way of ticking tick
     boxes on our Platform (which shall be binding upon you), and each of the
     Parties may sign a different copy of the same document. Both Parties must
     agree in writing to modify this Agreement hereunder.
 43. Both Parties represent that the person agreeing to these Terms is expressly
     authorised to execute these Terms and to bind such Party to its provisions.
     You represent that your Affiliates and any others for whom Services are
     performed shall be bound by the provisions of these Terms.
 44. You agree that We may, subject to professional obligations, act for other
     clients, including your competitors.
 45. Neither Party may cede or assign any of our rights, obligations or claims
     under these Terms.
 46. Neither Party may use or reference the other’s name, logos or trademarks
     without prior written consent, provided that We may use your name publicly
     to identify you as a client, but only in connection with specific Services.
 47. We may not be held liable for any incorrect language translations on the
     platform which includes but is not limited to paragraphs and their meanings
     in various contexts.
 48. We will not be held responsible for the information provided in any form
     and not limited to the dashboarding, templates or any other analysis.
     Please ensure these are correctly adapted for your specific region and
     requirements.
 49. We will not be liable for any information, services, or any other acts
     provided by any third-party sites, Advisors/Consultants mentioned on the
     Platform.

 

EDVYSOR PRIVACY AND COOKIE POLICY

OVERVIEW

This Privacy Policy describes the privacy practices which Edvysor Inc.
(“Edvysor”, “We” or “Us”) follows in relation to “Us” or the “Platform”.

Changes to this Platform may occur, from time to time, and the onus is upon you,
from time to time, to review the privacy and cookie policy of the Platform for
any changes. Should there be any major changes that would impact your Personal
Information stored or processed, we will communicate to you by the method you
used when signing up on to the Platform i.e. your registration email address.
Should you have ticked the tick boxes relating to the Privacy and Cookie Policy
and you continue using the Platform thereafter, this constitutes acceptance of
Edvysor Inc’s. Privacy and Cookie policy.

We take your privacy seriously and is committed to protecting your personal
information. We use the personal information that we collect and process from
you in accordance with this and the applicable privacy policy in your region.

We use and secure any personal information that you provide us when using our
Services. This Privacy and Cookie policy has been inserted and implemented in
order to ensure your safety and assure you that we take your privacy seriously.

It also provides you with Our details, should you wish to contact Us about
anything contained in this Privacy and Cookie policy. This Policy also informs
you of your rights and choices with respect to your Personal Information or
provides answers to questions you may have in relation to the processing of your
Personal Information.

PLATFORM MANAGEMENT

Edvysor Inc. will be the entity that will be managing the Platform. The personal
information that you share on the Platform may be shared with your
Advisor/Consultant and other associates of Edvysor Inc that have been and are
directly involved in the design and implementation of the Platform.

The Services Edvysor Inc provides through the Platform is a voluntary platform
within which users can obtain relevant information about how to run and manage
their business/es. We need to collect and process your personal information in
order to perform monitoring and evaluation as per our obligations to you as part
of the Edvysor services.

WHAT TYPE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT ON THE PLATFORM?

“Personal Information” when used in this policy means information that can
identify you as an individual. By “Personal Information” we do not mean general,
statistical, aggregated, de-identified or special personal information.

The Platform may collect certain information about your visit, such as the name
of the Internet Service Provider (“ISP”) and the Internet Protocol (“IP”)
address you use to access the internet and the Platform; the date, time and
duration of such access and the internet address from which you connected to the
Platform. This information is used to assist us in improving the Platform,
analysing trends and administering the Platform.

Edvysor may use, via the Platform, cookies and tracking technologies. This
information is useful in collecting information such as browser type and
operating system, tracking the number of visitors to the Platform and how users
use the Platform. Personal information cannot be collected via cookies or other
tracking technologies or systems; however, cookies may be associated with
previously provided personal information. This information may be shared with
other parties, according to law and this policy. You may amend your cookie
settings on your browser, should you wish to do so.

When you use the Platform, we collect information relating to you and your use
of our services from a variety of sources. These are listed below:

Registration information. You need a Platform account before you can use the
Services. When you register, we may collect personal information such as, but
not limited to your name, telephone number, business name, country, industry and
e-mail address.

Billing Information. If you make a payment to us, we require that you provide
your billing details, such as name, e-mail address and financial information,
corresponding to your selected method of payment (e.g. credit card number,
expiry date, CVV number or a banking account number). If you provide such
billing information, we will regard that as the location of the account holder.

Monitoring of Users’ use of the Platform. To the extent permitted by law,
Edvysor may monitor your use of the Platform, including by using geo-location,
User’s Inputs, Local Storage Objects (“LSOs”) and other tools and systems. The
information gathered through these processes may also be collected and
processed. By accepting our Privacy and Cookie Policy, you agree that your
geo-location may be collected via GSM Network Technology and other methods,
where appropriate. Therefore, you warrant that your cellular telephone details
are correct and that you are the legal owner thereof. This will be deemed as
written consent in terms of section 12 of the Electronic Communications and
Transactions Act 25 of 2002 (“ECTA”) and similar legislation in your region,
that such information may be collected by us.

Passwords. Your password length for the Platform is stipulated when registering.
Passwords are not stored in our database and should you forget your password,
you may reset this by selecting the “Forgot Password” link where a unique
authorisation link is sent to you in an email and cannot be re-used for password
resetting.

Other data you intentionally share. We may collect your Personal Information if
you submit it to us in other contexts such as the business directory on the
Platform for other active users to connect with you.

SPECIAL PERSONAL INFORMATION

Edvysor does not intentionally collect special personal information and it is
not Edvysor’s intention to use such information on the Platform. Special
personal information is personal information concerning –

 * religious or philosophical beliefs, race or ethnic origin, trade union
   membership, political persuasion, health or sex life or biometric
   information; or
 * criminal behavior to the extent that such information relates to –
   1. the alleged commission of an offence; or
   2. any proceedings in respect of any offence allegedly committed or the
      disposal of such proceedings.

HOW DO WE USE THE PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT?

We use your Personal Information only for the purposes detailed within this
Privacy Policy. We may use your Personal Information to provide our Services to
you, for reporting purposes and after subscribing feature descriptions will be
clearly visible on the Platform or a page thereon.

We may use your Personal Information internally to monitor, maintain and improve
our Services and features. This directly benefits you, as we are able to provide
a more-improved offering by virtue of collecting your personal information.

cannot opt-out of these communications as they are for your benefit and are
required in order for us to perform our Services. Should we not contact you, the
onus is upon you to review the Privacy Policy and Terms, as amended from time to
time, to ensure you are familiar with these.

To respond to legal requests and prevent harm. We are required by law to provide
Personal Information to any government authorities in terms of legal requests
made by them.

FOR HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?

Unless there is a specific legal requirement requiring us to keep your Personal
Information for longer, we will not keep your information for longer than is
necessary for the purpose for which the information was collected or in terms of
the law. As soon as reasonably possible after completing this purpose or after
being requested to do so, Edvysor will destroy, delete and/or de-identify a
record relating to a user’s personal information. 

WITH WHOM DO WE SHARE OR DISCLOSE YOUR INFORMATION?

We disclose your information in terms of the purpose for which it was collected.

According to law, we are required to protect your Personal Information, unless
requested by a relevant government authority.

WHEN AND WHERE ELSE DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?

DATA RETENTION

If you stop using the Platform and do not remove your Personal Information from
the Platform, such Personal Information will be deactivated (in accordance with
the law) from the Platform and not visible to other Edvysor users, unless it
forms part of Edvysor’s purpose and for as long as the Personal Information is
required to perform such purpose.

HOW CAN YOU MANAGE YOUR PRIVACY SETTINGS?

SECURITY

Edvysor is committed to making sure that your Personal Information is kept
secure. Edvysor has put in place the appropriate technical, physical,
administrative and managerial measures to safeguard your Personal Information.
Edvysor employees and associates are obliged to respect your confidentiality and
that of your Personal Information. The systems Edvysor uses to safeguard your
Personal Information make use of reasonably secure data transmission and storage
protocols and technologies to reasonably protect your Personal Information and
prevent unauthorised disclosure of your Personal Information; and for its
maintenance and integrity. These protocols and technologies’ implementation are
essential to Edvysor’s running of the Platform efficiently and effectively. If
you do not approve of Edvysor’s incorporating such protocols and technologies,
you are advised to refrain from using our Platform and to inform us to delete
your profile.

Edvysor will inform you (in writing by email, physical address, postal address,
placed prominently on the Platform, published in news media, or as may be
directed by the Information Regulator, as determined by law and regulation, as
the case may be) and the Regulator (in writing, if there has been a breach of
Edvysor’s security relative to your Personal Information), as soon as reasonably
possible after such a breach, where there is reasonable grounds to believe that
your Personal Information has been accessed or acquired by any unauthorised
person, unless your identity cannot be established.

GLOSSARY OF ACCOUNTS

Accounts Payable: Money that the business owes to suppliers.

Accounts Receivable: Money that is owed to the business, by its customers.

Accumulated Depreciation on Property, Plant and Equipment: Cumulation of
depreciation of various property, plant and equipment. Opening balance plus
current years depreciation charge less any disposed of assets.

Adhoc Supplies: Any other types of supplies needed and that are not categorized
in the existing list.

Advertising Expenses: Any expenses incurred, in the business, for advertising.

Bad Debts: An amount which has a low probability of being collected.

Bank Charges: These are amounts which are charged for, by a financial
institution, for their services.

Bank Current Account: A day-to-day transactional account used for business
banking – sometimes referred to as a “Checking” Account.

Bank Savings Account: A bank account which is used to save any surplus funds.

Closing Inventory: The inventory remaining after deducting purchases from
opening inventory.

Commissions and Fees: Any commissions or fees that have been charged for various
transactions, within your business.

Direct Labor: Labor used in the direct manufacture of a product.

Dividend Income: Any surplus amounts received by investing in various
instruments, providing returns.

Dues and Subscriptions: Any subscription services that are due to be paid, by
the business.

Equipment Rental: An amount that was paid for any equipment, that was hired, for
use within the business.

Import Duty: Any “taxes or duties” that you may have paid on importing of goods.

Insurance: Amounts that are payable for the protection of goods or services.

Interest Expense: Costs incurred on borrowed money i.e. loans, bonds, etc.

Interest Income: Additional amounts paid to a business for letting its money.

Legal and Professional Fees: Amounts that are payable for any legal advice or
help sought, within your business.

Long-Term Debt: Any debt i.e. loans, bonds, etc that are outstanding for longer
than one year.

Long-Term Investments: Any amounts, greater than one year, that are invested.

Materials: Amounts paid, that are purchased and used in the production of goods.

Materials Purchased: Amounts paid for materials used in the production of goods.

Meals and Entertainment: Amounts that are paid towards any meals and
entertainment expenses.

Office Expenses: Amounts that are paid towards any office supplies needed e.g.
paper, pens, pencils, etc.

Opening Inventory: The balance of inventory that is used at the beginning of a
period. This is also the same amount that was the closing balance of the
previous period.

Other Expenses: Any other expense incurred, in your business, which is not
listed.

Other General and Administrative Expenses: Any other expense incurred, in your
business, which is not listed.

Other Income: Other income that was earned not being categorized as sales or
interest e.g. rental income.

Property, Plant and Equipment: The values of any Property, Plant or Equipment
that is owned or leased by your business.

Rent or Lease Payments: Any expenses or payments for premises that are leased or
rented, to conduct business.

Repairs and Maintenance: Amounts paid for repairs or maintenance to any items
within the business.

Retained Earnings: The accumulation of surplus money (profits), from prior
periods.

Sales – Products: Cash received or on credit, from the sales of products.

Sales – Services: Cash received or on credit, from the sales of services.

Share Capital: The part of the company which comes from the issue of shares.

Shipping and Delivery Expense: Amounts that are incurred for the delivery or
shipping of any items, within the business.

Short Term Debt: Loans and other debts payable that are due within one year.

Stationery and Printing: Amounts that are spent for the printing of items or
stationery needed, within the business.

Stock: Items that are sold within the business e.g. various stock products.

Sub-Contractors: Any amounts spent with a sub-contractor which relate to the
product being manufactured.

Transport: Any amounts spent on transport which relate to the product being
manufactured or sold, within the business.

Travel Expenses: Amounts that have been incurred to aid in the day-to-day
operations of the business i.e. Fuel, Tolls, etc.

Uncategorized Expense: Expenses which do not form part of any categories or
sub-accounts listed.

Utilities: Amounts paid for gas, water and electricity at the business premises.

Salaries & Wages Expense: Amounts paid to the workers/employees, within the
business.
