 * Act as 1st point of contact to engage actively when an issue is notified or

 * Engage in resolving or investigating alerts or ongoing issues.
 * Good knowledge of Azure Cloud Operations, with Administrator certification.
 * Strong Windows Administration skills.
 * Application or CMS monitoring knowledge in LogicMonitor, NewRelic and
   PaperTrail.
 * Middleware IIS Basic Troubleshooting Support knowledge.
 * Works closely with Product and Platform engineers.
 * DevOps operational knowledge.
 * Basic Infra management knowledge.
 * DB Query knowledge of PL SQL.
 * Basic Knowledge of Git.
 * Ansible Playbooks Basic Knowledge.
 * Scripting skills in any standard scripting language like Python.

For the purposes of evaluating your candidature and interview with Mindtree
Limited, a company incorporated in India having its registered address at Global
Village, RVCE post, Mysore Road, Bengaluru, 560 059, Karnataka, India which has
several branches and subsidiaries around the world (“Mindtree” or the “Company”
or “we” or “us” or “our”), we collect, hold, process and transfer Personal Data
about you (such as your name, date of birth, education, home contact
information, salary, occupation) as it is necessary for the administration,
management and performance of the purpose (as detailed in Section 2).

We, at Mindtree, may collect from you only necessary personal data directly from
you as well as from other available sources to the extent legally justified as
per the section 2 and/or permitted by applicable local law. The categories of
personal data that are typically collected and processed in the recruitment
context are:

 * Name, address, telephone number, email address, date of birth and contact
   details;
 * Competencies, skills, experience and education, e.g. your CV or resume,
   previous employments, educational details and qualifications, third party
   references.
 * Languages spoken, Citizenship and Nationality to enable us to check your
   fitment to a specific role and working location.
 * Preferences, e.g. preferred country of employment, areas of interest as well
   as your preferred ways to be contacted by Mindtree);

   connection with authenticating you to our online recruitment management
   system.

   information related to reference checks, depending on the position you are

   administration), passport, visa and work permit (in case of expatriate),
   background check reports including educational, employment etc. where

channels during the recruitment process and over time during our relationship

   agencies), which may also include public sources such as professional

2. PURPOSES OF PROCESSING YOUR PERSONAL DATA AND THE LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING

We, at Mindtree, are required to keep and process your personal information for
the purposes of Mindtree's recruitment activities. When you apply for a role
with Mindtree you do so voluntarily and can at any time withdraw your
application. We shall use your personal information pursuant to legitimate
interest and in compliance to applicable laws and regulations. Processing of

   (background verification agencies) to facilitate your travel and expenses
   (travel and immigration vendors) and to facilitate audits (third party

We are part of Larsen and Tubro Group companies which is an international group
of companies and, as such, transfer personal data concerning you to countries
where Mindtree has operations and in particular India.

the purposes described above. We may also transfer personal data on a need to
know basis to our authorized third party suppliers, or Mindtree customers and
authorized business partners.

Your personal information is stored in databases located at India in at Mindtree
Limited location, Global Village, Mysore Road, PIN Code 560019 Bangalore, India,
and on the servers of the cloud based database management services that Mindtree
engages, located in India.

Personal information received from prospective candidates shall be retained for
a maximum period of 1 year.

For candidates who have accepted employment positions, we shall retain the
personal information in line with our data retention policies, available [in the
company handbook/on the intranet], and any legal or regulatory requirements.


7. EXISTENCE OF AUTOMATED PROFILING AND DECISION MAKING

For information we do not use any automated decision making (including
profiling) to process your personal data.
